Best Replace Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

This guy is a great communicator and a blast to talk to and is very fair on price.

Excellent service. Called on a Saturday at 1pm and plumber here by 5. Joseph was first class. Evaluated and provided estimate on the spot. Picked up the parts needed and finished quickly. Asked if anything else needed looking at and had him replace the toilet valve. Offered to inspect the hot water heater and provided his evaluation. Could not be more satisfied. Will spread the word to others about this company and staff.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Joseph and his helper was a breath of fresh air. I had a leak in my kids bathroom shower and he showed up ON TIME and fixed my bathroom and added a new shut off valve. He explained what he was doing through out his inspection. I can say happily that I have found a great plumber and his prices were Great. Thanks again

I had my water heater replaced by TCR Rooter & Plumbing and I'm totally satisfied with how quickly they responded to the initial call. The night before the service, I called the plumber on call and reported a water leak. He talked me through finding the water shutoff valve and how to resolve the leak until the next day. Service was fast, the plumber was professional, and had the new water heater installed the very next day. I recommend this company to family/friends.

Eugene and Denis are great! I'd highly recommend this company. They were quick to respond, available to work with multiple schedules and arrived 100% prepared and on time. Denis did an excellent job completely replacing our toilet with a new unit that had a different shape and was a smaller size. He was also very kind and patient. I had to take the 1st toilet I bought back to Lowes & exchange due to a crack & Denis was kind enough to wait for me. You can't find many people out there that would do that! He was very neat & cleaned up EVERYTHING. That's nearly an anomaly these days! I think he left my bathroom cleaner! Ha! He also packaged everything up in the box, took my old toilet away for me & was very respectful and professional! I'd recommend Denis & the art of plumbing to anyone who has any plumbing needs in wake county! Thanks Eugene & Denis! Wm Parrish recently provided us with excellent service and consultation. After installing a new on-demand water heating system (DIY) Parrish visited our home, analyzed the situation and provided expert advice on the source of the problem including a recommendation to involve our gas company which resulted in savings to us. The technician whom visited our site was very personable and ended up providing a tip that eventually solved our problem. And the service call charge was very reasonable. We would recommend Parrish as a very knowledgeable, reliable and timely service team.

Second technician arrived to help with the installation and both did a great job keeping me informed of the status of the project.
