Best Repair Water Fixtures in Raleigh NC

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. We've worked with Jayk's multiple times and been pleased with each interaction. Today I called around 8a about a clogged drain. Jayk's had a friendly, efficient technician on site by 9:30a. It became clear that the issue really required a larger repair, but the technician explained the options and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost. The repair was complete by 1p.

Joe from Raleigh has helped me before so I requested him again. Like last time, he was wonderful. Did a great job and is highly professional.

Called Eugene about getting a water heater replaced, and was able to get it scheduled for the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone after texting him pictures of the existing installation and dimensions of the space where the heater is located. Quote included removing the old water heater and the new one.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

The Raleigh Water Heater Guys were very responsive, helpful and affordable when our water heater sprung a leak. We got quotes from several other companies that all tried to sell us on higher cost options. Michael took the time to talk through our water usage and recommend what he thought we actually needed, which ended up being a much lower cost option than what the others were pushing. I can’t recommend the Raleigh Water Heater Guys enough if you are in need of water heater repair or replacement!

Very satisfied with Cecil Davis Plumbing. It was easy to schedule the work, the plumber (Mitchell) was friendly and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job on our kitchen sink, and the cost was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable . Would recommend and would call again.

Mark from Optimal Plumbing helped take care of several issues in my home ranging in severity from a waste pipe draining into my wall to adjusting some loose faucet handles. He was courteous, did great work, and gave 3 options for the work to be done in case I could only afford the most necessary repairs. Would work with him again.

So my tenants called, which my lease states I will not be responsible for outside services, the man came and inspected and said I don't have time to do this now, came back next day and said he could not fix unless he tore up walls and cabinets, so he put $20 shark bite cap on and it still leaked. They wanted $305.92 and didn't repair, turned us, the landlords into collection agency.
