Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

We are new to Durham and had our first official plumbing emergency in our new home. We randomly selected and called Jayk’s. Jason was very professional, helpful, and arrived promptly. He also charged a very reasonable fee and we were very impressed and grateful with the work he did and in the timely manner he completed it. Highly recommended and we will definitely call him again if we ever have any other issues.

Chris was right on time and very friendly/professional. Service was performed with high quality and very efficiently. Chris was obviously quite knowledgeable and the office staff were very helpful.

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Such great and thorough service from Midtown Plumbing. Jason came out to help me investigate a smell coming from our bathroom vanity as well as our boys' bathroom. He diagnosed our problem and educated me all along the way, and fixed our issues efficiently and thoroughly. We weren’t getting air flow on the second floor, and Miguel from Michael and Sons came through and fixed everything same day and made sure all our ducts were working properly. Fast, professional, and friendly, I highly recommend.

Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.
