I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. Call the others, THEN CALL AIRMAKERS!!! Selling my home, and the inspector brought out Micheal and Sons. They estimated $792 to clean out a drain line, clean the coils and change a bad capacitor. They also said there was crushed ducts in the attic . I thought that seemed high because my home is only 5 years old, so I called the people who originally installed the system- AirMakers. A wonderful service tech named Anthony R. came out and analyzed the system. He was very professional and polite, and even called Michael and Sons to get that techs input into what he was doing to make sure he didn't miss anything. (needless to say- there were no crushed ducts in my almost new home)

All in all, I ended up paying AirMakers $418 for what M&S wanted $792 to fix. Guess all those radio jingles cost a lot of money, and they pass that right along to their customers. I will call AirMakers every time from now on.

Jason and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our hot water heater in a timely manner. A little pricey but we had trouble getting response from other plumbing companies so probably paid a premium for responsiveness

Excellent customer service. Patrick provided service maintenance on both units. He has a wealth of knowledge on the equipment and how to keep up on maintenance which preserves our investment.

Called William Parrish plumbing due to a water leak in my bathroom. They were prompt, courteous, and was able to determine the cause right away. Scott was very professional and able to get the job done. Would absolutely call them again for future plumbing issues.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious.
