BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY PREYS ON SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!! 0 star.This company scams people into 10 year contracts. My father in law passed away a few months ago.Before and at the time of his death, he was not well but, as we were go his finances ect, we discovered that he had gotten into a 10 year contract with this company, in exchange for leased AC and central heating unit, maintenance and repair. Over the 10 year period he would pay his monthly service fee. At the end of the 10 years he would then have to pay over $10,000 to purchase the unit.The contract is completely abhorrent. It even says he cannot even talk/publish anything about the company that may reflect badly on them.

Very happy with the service Eugene provided. He showed up on time and finished the job on time and within the promised budget. Was able to smartly handle a surprise - regulating gas pressure - without any issues. He successfully installed our tankless water heater and was patient and courteous while answering the many questions I had. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Everything was great. My tankless water heater was not keeping the water hot. They showed up the morning after I called. They were on time, professional and fixed the problem. What more can you ask for? Recommend.

Travis and Garrett arrived on my non-emergency appointment in Durham on time and friendly as they could be. I had given a list of issues. They addressed each one with care and professionalism, even advising when continuing to work at an issue might create a larger problem. I definitely recommend them highly.

In my entire life never had such an experience!!!! I was verbally assaulted by the plumber and had to ask them to leave my property immediately. Got the whole exchange on our video cameras, was willing to provide to management but MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE. Owner would not even return our calls. I would advise staying far far far away from this company.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I would definitely recommend Plumber Ken to anyone!

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.

Had these guys do some work at my house. The two guys that came knew their stuff and were very professional. The job price wasn't cheap, but I felt like we got what we paid for. Would work with them again.

My toilet was cracked and I needed to get it replaced. They found me a great new model and installed it for me. They worked around my busy schedule and installed it in no time.

I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber. More importantly, he's a very kind and caring person. I am sure i will need the services of a plumber again, and I am honored that I now have a plumber i can turn to and rely on. If you need the services of a plumber, I completely and totally recommend Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's the best.
