Best Plumbing Project in Raleigh NC

This is the second time I've used Midtown Plumbing and they are definitely my go-to plumbers now. This time, I had Jason, who showed up exactly on time (early even!) and explained each step of the process for my sink repair and was very kind.

Great company. Quality work with excellent follow up. Reasonable and competitive pricing.

Dealing with water pressure issue. Called and had Austin swing by in the afternoon. Gave me a recommendation and some others to look into. Switched out the pressure valve in no time. Professional and expeditious. Pricey but you get what you pay for I guess. Will absolutely use again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Matt and Mike were terrific. We reached out to them on another plumber's rec who couldn't get to us for 2 weeks -- our water heater was leaking and we couldn't wait that long! Mike was at our house within hours, worked his tail off (not an easy install -- had to navigate a big hill and the HVAC system in the crawlspace), and by day's end we had a new water heater! Price was as we expected. Water in the house this past week is better than we've had since we bought it.

Axis came through as always in their most recent work at my house. They expertly and professionally met all my needs at a fair price. Highly recommend Axis Plumbing.

Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.

We have had Optimal Plumbing out here before. Ryan S. Is a really nice guy who explained everything and he was ready to answer all questions (he’s patient, that’s good!) Ryan S. was neat and efficient and did great work. Last visit was our septic tank trouble and this visit we had water/air hammer. Very pleased with Ryan S and optimal Plumbing and will, of course, call on them next time we need plumbing hero!

I have used Carolina Plumbing for major and minor plumbing service and repairs. I was very pleased with their professionalism, skill and workmanship. They were timely and reliable, and their cost was very pleasingly within budget for the work that was performed. Most recently I had an emergency repair, and they were my first call. They showed up asap, and the repair got me back up and running, and they did not soak me on the bill. Thank you, Daniel and crew, at Carolina Plumbing, as I can highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Not sure what theses guys are doing, but when you install a new unit and need to have it serviced more than 3 times in the year, that seems to be an issue...

Now 12 months in and 4 service calls later they want to charge me over $100 to even look at it!!!!

And to add insult to injury they want me to pay for labor on any covered warranty items...

I absolutely do not recommend Newcomb and Company, they obviously do not know what they are doing

I've had Walston Plumbing fix a few things in my home, from small leaks to big-time pipe replacement and they are always professional, clearly explain what is happening, and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant experience! Well, not being without hot water was not pleasant but all of my interactions with PK plumbing and Edwin were exceptional. Scheduling was done quickly and I was updated as to when Edwin would show up. All work was thoroughly explained and tips for preventative measures were also offered. Reasonable cost as well considering it was the Saturday before a major holiday. It was a pleasure to work with Edwin as he was courteous, professional, friendly and expressed genuine concern for getting us back up and running. I would highly recommend!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.
