Best Plumbing Issue in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Jayks is wonderful. They were able to get us a quote and service immediately and resolved all of our questions in a friendly, professional manner. Will use them again!

I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

I have used weather Master at my last townhouse for a furnace checkup, and recently used them twice once for a tune-up and once to come out because my blower kept running. David my senior tech came out, he was very friendly very knowledgeable and very courteous. Found out my thermostat relay switch was inop so he replaced that and everything is working properly. Very happy with my service. I will always recommend weather Masters. David deserves a pat on the back. Thank you thank you.!!

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We had a major pipe repair that needed to be done. Being new to the area, we weren't sure who to call. I called David after hours and he came to fix my issues immediately! He offers a one year warranty on his work, and he actually honors that warranty. I called him back for an issue that i thought was related to the inital call, but wasn't and he fixed it for a minimal charge anyway! The Sat. After Thanksgiving our main waterline to our house went out. It was a very very bad situation. Install a temporary line and then Chris and Ray finished up the job today. They were focused on how to install the line in the best way possible to manage impact to our landscaping and efficient ($) design of getting water to the house. They were patient with our questions, helpful, and also flexible as we work
from home. The ultimate boring underground and impact to the yard was necessary, but it looks ok. Thank you for helping us and trying to minimize the landscape impact. Well done. Thank you!

What luck to have our water heater start leaking days before a major hurricane. We called Carolina Plumbing at 8am, by 11am they had a brand new water heater installed. Our installer, Tim, was patient and was quick to answer questions. We are grateful they were able to get our new water heater installed before the hurricane.
