I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. My electric bill was through the roof and I realized it was my hot water heater to blame. I got quotes from four different places and the Art of Plumbing was among the lowest. I had one quote that was a little bit lower but had a good feeling about this company. I asked Eugene to match the lower quote and he was able to! Eugene and Denis came out the next day and replaced my hot water heater. It was a great experience and I would recommend The Art of Plumbing to anyone!

I will NEVER use this company again! In May, I hired them to repair a leaking water pipe in the wall of a rental townhome. Repair charge was very high, even though they did not repair the wall they just repaired an leaking joint, (parts less than $10) labor + part= $675.64. But that is not the only problem I have with them. They gave me a writen estimate to take care of the leaked water. $1430.78. I approved that amount, but they charged my credit card $1937.30. They charged me $506.52 more than I agreed to. They charged my credit card $1937.30 and they did not repair any of the sheetrock they took down. I have emailed and tried numerous times to get them to correct this and honor the estimate. They said it was just an estimate. The service was to vacume/extract the water and run fans for several days. I could have had the carpet for the whole lower level replaced for what they charged for fans.Poor customer care and service!!!I will never use them for any of my rental homes!!!What good is a writen estimate if they are going to charge 35% more. There extraction service can not be trusted.I have over 35 years experience with rentals and I do not trust this company to do any work for me again. They are a ripoff.What they charged should have included repairing the sheet rock. I have used Cary Plumbing and been charged much less for better service.

It’s hard to find companies that are highly skilled and do honest work, so whenever we need anything plumbing related, Coats will always be our first call.
