Best Plumbing Fixtures in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

On New Years Eve, I discovered my water heater had been leaking/spraying how water. I immediately shut every valve, turned off the water and taped the leak. I reached out to every local plumber with good reviews and BBB accredited and Jayk was the only one who responded/kept 2-way dialogue going. Originally they said they couldn’t make it out until Tuesday but after trading messages Sunday and realizing the urgency, they were able to send Ephraim & Abel out Monday morning (ahead of schedule). I can not thank them enough-definitely a reliable company and I would absolutely recommend them!

My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. Our house is at the age where we're changing out hot water heaters, updating plumbing fixtures, etc and every time we have needed them their technician has been prompt, professional, and got the job done at a very fair price. I once 'strayed' and tried a friend-of-a-friend's plumbing company....was quoted $900+ for the handful of items that needed doing....sent them packing, called Cecil Davis Plumbing and they came out and did the same work for about half the price. Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!
