Had a shower drain that would regularly back up. I could plunge it and get a little bit of temporary relief, but it would clog again in a few weeks. We called TCR and they came out the next day and it works great. Mike was prompt and professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

We had a problem with our water heater in the apartment, and initially I called a different company - which was my mistake. Not only did they give me an estimate for more than $700 to just change one part, they also couldn't find this part for a few days! Thank God, I contacted Eugene at The Art of Plumbing! He was super friendly, calm, professional and knew exactly what to do. He found the part at the online suppliers' in seconds, called the manufacturer to make sure all the technical characteristics would match and came over to fix our mixing valve very soon. It took him less than an hour, which obviously ended up costing me a few times cheaper than the other company had quoted! Also, Eugene offered a few other options for a solution, which I found very interesting! He said we could do different things with the faucets, in order to avoid ordering and changing the mixing valve itself if we wanted to cut the costs even more - there were ways to adjust every faucet separately and regulate different temperatures in the kitchen sink, bathroom, shower, etc. He suggested that this technique was often preferred and used by commercial properties where they need to reach different water temperatures and different outlets - this means Eugene is an expert in both residential AND commercial plumbing! Had a bit of challenging issue with broken flow regulator in the shower. They came quickly, were courteous and very creative in solving the problem which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Would like to particularly commend Eddie, the technician who came out.

Our company had a great initial experience with Cape Fear Air Conditioning & Heating. Justin came out to gather info to provide an estimate on replacing a couple HVAC units on our roof. He showed up when he said he would and was professional and courteous while onsite. Justin was quick to send us the quote and worked hard to get us additional quotes when we were considering replacing several units.

Justin always made himself available to answer questions whether by phone or email. We made sure to do our due diligence and received bids from many vendors and found that Cape Fear's pricing was one of the most competitive. In the end we opted to use another company, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cape Fear to anyone based on our experience. We will definitely consider them in the future for our needs.

The text confirmation said someone would be here between 6am-10am. I texted at 11am to see if someone was still coming. At 1pm I received a call saying someone was on their way. I would have given 5 stars, but not calling to say you're running 3hrs late is not okay.

I had an outside spigot replaced. David and Louis showed up earlier than time, called and ask if okay. Evaluated and priced it quickly, very good price. Very professional and a very good quality installation. I would definitely use them again. Also checked on my water pressure and answer other questions I had about some other plumbing work.

We used Plumb V last week when our Water Pump quit. Ken and his guys were fast, friendly and went the extra mile to get water back on. All the office people were very friendly and a joy to work with.
