I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. I’m thankful for the young man that came out to fix my garbage disposal and my clogged kitchen sink he did an awesome job and it didn’t take long to complete the job. I had a somewhat positive experience with this company. He fixed the water pressure reduction valve in my house. He had mentioned possibly having to break through the drywall to fix it and then gave me a quote for the fix. He hurried to get the part and put in a total of around 2 hours 15 minutes from the time he arrived at my home, went to get the part, and then finished the job. I watched him complete the job.

My only issue was with the price. I felt like it was a serious problem and I really should have comparison shopped but was worried and so I took the first plumber I came across. I later spoke with a plumber in my family and they noted came up with a quote from their company, noting that even at the high end, the price I paid was 40% higher than what they would charge. I felt ripped off.

I called to discuss it with him and I was staying positive because he really was friendly with me during the job. I would have understood better if he just said the part was this much money, the work was this much, and so forth. I wasn't even given a receipt. Instead he got defensive when I tried explaining my thoughts.

It's my fault I know. Just go in aware.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING !!!! I had BIG problems in my back yard from the septic system. After reading about the problems on the internet, I was ready for a BIG bill and BIG problems. Wayne and his crew came out and had this fixed for a small amount of money. These guys are really the BEST.

Cannot speak more highly of Sonny's Mechanical!!! We have been using them for over 3 years. We have nothing but high praise for their work, professionalism and the cleanliness and care of the crews.
