I had a leaking water heater and contacted 3 companies for quotes/estimates on a replacement. One company told me that I should make sure I know what getting with any quotes less than theirs since it wouldn't likely be up to code.

Not only did Joseph provide the best quote, he provided a detailed estimate within hours, thoroughly explained what I would get (which included more than the company I spoke with), showed up on time, explained everything again, worked fast, cleaned up like no one was ever there, and then showed me all of the work including the items that were implemented to meet code. His partner Adam was professional and knew his stuff as well.

I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

I had an intermittent hot water heater issue. The unit is a good one, but it is ten years old. Instead of insisting that the unit be replaced (since the normal lifespan of a water heater is pretty much 8 to 15 years), Eugene discussed options with me. We decided to just replace the thermocouple and clean up the burner.

He charged me a reasonable amount and said that if this did not correct the problem that he would give me a discount on a new hot water heater. He also helped me flush the hot water heater as he replaced the part. He even followed up via a text message when I had a question after he was here.

Very prompt service. The technicians were courteous and thorough. Called Poole’s on a recommendation from a neighbor and am very pleased with the results.

Called Roto-Rooter 2 days before I scheduled to have them come out to the house. They gave me a time frame of 10am-noon. Got a call around 9am that said they might be a little late. I called them back around 5pm wondering where they were and they told me that due to high call volume they weren't sure when they would come out to my house. Not sure what high call volume has to do with the fact that I had an appointment setup from 10am... Got another call around 8pm that said they might be able to show up at 10pm. Told them not to bother. Will find another plumber that shows up on time and doesn't waste 12 hours of my day keeping me waiting at the house.

Aaron was wonderful. I would highly recommend him. He was nice and patient. He answered all my questions and he made sure everything was perfect before he left.

Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning.
