Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

Had a shower drain that would regularly back up. I could plunge it and get a little bit of temporary relief, but it would clog again in a few weeks. We called TCR and they came out the next day and it works great. Mike was prompt and professional, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Matt and Mike were really nice guys, super professional and did a great job! Also, by far the best price of the many estimates we got! We will definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs!

Drew and his team at Air Experts were incredible . We definitely shopped around as a new HVAC system is a huge investment. Drew went above and beyond to make himself available to answer our very detailed questions. He was efficient at getting our contract to us and updated wen requested. His team was incredibly friendly and customer service focused when answering our calls. When there was a miscommunication with the permitting group (not Air Experts fault), they contacted us immediately and got everything settled without additional stress or work on our part. Inspections passed flawlessly (due to the high quality of work). HVAC systems in general are pricey, but the quality of both equipment and work was well-worth the cost. We will definitely be using Drew and Air Experts again when it is time to replace our second unit. Thanks for a job well-done!

I would highly recommend CK's Plumbing. Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained what to expect prior to beginning the work. He arrived ON TIME (almost not heard of anymore). Nick provided AWESOME MEMORABLE customer service (almost not heard of anymore). The cost was reasonable and FAIR (again, almost never heard of anymore). He replaced/repaired a leaking pipe and installed a new faucet while he trained an adorable new employee (Justin). This was my first experience with CK's Plumbing and because of NICK and the experience, I will recommend CK's Plumbing to everyone, especially my family and friends!!!!! HUGE KUDOS to NICK. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

Edwin performed quality work in a timely matter at a reasonable cost. He also provided a thorough assessment at another property that will solve our water pressure problem.

I've used CK's twice now and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. This time we had a toilet that needed to be replaced and Ben and Jose were as good as you can ask for in terms of quality of work and personability. These guys are really easy to work with and do a great job every time, best in the area hands down.

I highly recommend Matthew's Plumbing Solutions for all your plumbing needs. I did have a unique plumbing request to service a steam spa generator and called several plumbers that I have used in the past and was turned down by all then. I called Matthew's Plumbing Solutions and they were happy to take a look and provide the services needed. Great communications to let me know when they would arrive and what technicians would be providing the services. I found Matt and Felix to be extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

Today ( 2/23/2021)I had the pleasure of meeting Richard and Anthony. They did an awesome job with locating the leak/repair in my front yard. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done. I definitely will continue to use CPR for my plumbing needs!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
