Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

We had an emergency plumbing situation with waste spilling into our crawlspace. I contacted our home warranty company and was told the plumber we had to use would contact us in 24 hours and had a seven day window to come out to look at our situation. This was was unacceptable so I gave Jayks a call. Jason came out to my house 30 minutes later, assessed the situation, and went to work. Before I knew it the plumbing was fully operational again and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend giving Jayks a call.

Shoe covers on, tools in hand, and went straight to work on our kitchen plumbing and garbage disposal. I was impressed by how efficiently he and his colleague operated. Even after the project was completed, they stayed extra time to test everything and make sure it was working optimally. Incidentally, they noticed some aging in our sink pan and offered to caulk the borders as a courtesy. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a ruptured water supply line between the meter and our house. We called Optimal Plumbing late one evening and had someone out the next day. The repair work was excellent. Even though the water line was nearly 5 feet underground, you couldn't tell where the work was done. Kalston was very friendly and professional and the work was done quicker than expected. The price also seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend Optimal Plumbing.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

This company delayed 6 months in fixing my HVAC and promised a discount to convince us not to demand our deposit back during the inordinate delay. During installation, they then damaged our floors. I asked whether they were going to repair it or whether I needed to get a quote. I never got an answer to that question. Instead, they put me in collections for the full amount, ignoring the discount they had promised and the damage to the floors. Terrible.
