Arrived promptly at the stated time and even called to let me know that they were on their way. Very thorough in their work. They also clean up after themselves. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I've had a few HVAC service providers over the past 10 years. Newcomb & Company has the most professionally trained technicians BY FAR, both in etiquette and in knowledge of equipment. They diagnose issues quickly, make suggested repairs and work to find cost-saving solutions. They change the filters as part of their maintenance plans, which saves me a lot of time! They also make an effort to get here ASAP when necessary. The guys are always professional!

Raleigh Heating & Air has provided my HVAC service for over 10 years at 2 different homes, 1 in Cary and now in Durham. Their team is courteous, prompt and technically very good. Their prices are competitive as well.

I would only mention that if they recommend a repair or part replacement, and you do not chose to go forward that day, there is a $50 fee for the return visit in addition to parts and labor. This is not unreasonable, however I don't recall ever being told this - it may be on their invoice but I did not notice. I suggest it be clearly stated by the technician. Other than that, I have give Raleigh Heating & Air very high marks and would recommend their services to anyone.
