Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Joe from the electrical department was very polite, he didn't make assumptions but took the time to clarify exactly what we wanted and did a very clean and tidy job.

The service was done quickly and effectively. They were able to look at the problem and fix it in the same day. While price was a little high for a good fix, there were options for a quick fix (~$400) or long term solution (~$1500). I was also made awear of any issues that could arise as they were unable to enter the house. Overall it was a good experience and I will be using them again for the long term solution when I have the money for it.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I would definitely recommend Plumber Ken to anyone!

Our well pump and pressure vessel failed on our house, leaving us without water. We called around and finally found Optimal Plumbing, who were able to send someone over that morning. They were able to start the job that day, replacing the well pump, pressure vessel, two water heaters (which were 20 years old), and a leaking house filter system by the next afternoon.

The guys were extremely nice and easy to deal with. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. And they were very efficient, getting us up and running, as well as spending time answering maintenance questions and questions about how our well system worked.

I could not recommend them more highly. I would definitely call them again if we have problems in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing or well issues.

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.

Outstanding Service. I just moved into my house & system started backing up late at night. Edwin was a lifesaver and came out taking time to thoroughly analyze the situation. He got my house set up so I could use the plumbing overnight - then came the next day to fix everything. It was a big tree roots problem, Edwin worked hard, corrected the problem and shared pictures. I would Highly recommend Edwin and PK Plumbing. So blessed to have found PK Plumbing!! - Honestly, Integrity, Compassionate, Professional, Hard Working, On Time arrival, Great Quality, Costs Reasonable, Respectful and wears protective wear inside the home. Very Pleased with work performed!!

After taking a day off work they didn't show up for my appointment. I called them and they said they had no record of it and asked me if I made an appointment with a different company. Ridicules, they installed my system and when I called for service it was evident they had all my information. Just an attempt to make me feel it was somehow my fault. In my opinion I feel their office is dishonest. I will never deal with them again. I have already found another contractor and the problem is fixed.
