I have used Midtown Plumbing multiple times since moving into our home last year. They were recommended to me by many friends and for good reason! Unlike others, they are extremely responsive and punctual. The first time I called, my husband and I were convinced we would be buying a new hot water heater as that was what another plumber had told us. Midtown came, inspected the problem, and discovered we just needed a new shower head! They ended up saving us thousands of dollars, for which we were very grateful. Other times, they have quickly repaired an overflowing toilet and a toilet handle. Their prices are competitive, and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend Midtown Plumbing.

Recently purchased a new home and contacted my past rep William. As always he was right there to help me and my wife. We had him schedule a basic maintenance/checkup on our system so we had peice of mind with the system. He came out with service guy just to make sure we where all set. He didn't have to come out for the service but he goes that extra mile to make sure we are always satisfied.

I responded to Weather Master Heating & Air Conditioning's coupon offer for water heater maintenance and flushing for $59. Never mind that I had to call them twice because no one returned my calls, but when the guy came out he quickly determined that my water heater was leaking and needed replacing. He didn't even bother flushing it in spite of my continued request to please do so, but left me with a $3,000 quote to replace my water heater.Needless to say I got a second opinion and $135 later my water heater is flushed and repaired, thanks to a professional who took the time to do a proper inspection.I'm not giving a bad review because of the poor response time or the poor work, but because it's complete irresponsible to leave people with a $3000 quote for something that cost $135 to fix. I can tell from other reviews that that seems to be the business model here. Beware these people.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

PLMR was very informative and generous with his time, helping me investigate and problem solve. He quickly fixed our leak and went above and beyond with other issues.

I am a new customer. Was very pleased, and surprised that they were able to get a technician to my house within 24 hours of my calling to report air conditioning outage..which is pretty much unheard of these days. Alex, my technician, called ahead within the expected time range, and arrived very promptly. He was neat, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of my house and my time. He fixed the problem promptly and offered suggestions on ways to improve the life & efficiency of my system, but was not pushy in this respect. We have been using another company for many years for HVAC service (they told me it would be a week before they could get to me), but will be switching all of my service to Blanton’s. Great experience!
