Best Leaking Faucet in Raleigh NC

Very Impressed with TCR Rooter & Plumbing and will use them going forward for my plumbing needs. They did great work for me, were friendly, and so easy to work with.

Tree roots had grown into my sewer line causing it to back up. After having the tree removed I called around to get estimates for having the line replaced. Other companies including the one who first unstopped the line wanted to charge me multiple fews (visit, camera usage, etc) just to come out and give an estimate. Terry having dealt with this situation so many times before felt confident giving me an estimate over the phone after talking the situation over with me.

Two days later he was at my house first thing in the morning. The roots had grown into the line at a T intersection near the road just as he expected. By lunch time Brandon had that section of the line replaced and everything has been good since.

It cost me about half of what other companies told me the replacement would probably cost. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Neil, and PlumbV provided quick, excellent service in repairing a leak under my kitchen sink. Following my frantic call, PlumbV was able to squeeze me in the next day! Neil arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. Although a temporary fix due to having to custom order a part, Neil was upfront with cost for an immediate fix that I desperately needed. Neil also wore a mask during the entire visit, for anyone concerned with their safety measures. Thanks PlumbV, and Neil!

Arrived when he said he would. We had a whistling sound when water was on...David worked hard and did not give up until he located and fixed the the issue. Very happy with the service. Will use again

Jason came out the same day he was contacted. The next following day a new tankless water heater was installed. They are very professional and answered any questions I had. I really recommend Jason to anyone. The best thing about Jason is that he is down to earth and very friendly.

Called owner, Chad, about 10:00 AM, set up free inspection for estimate for 12:30-1:00 the same afternoon. Eric called to say he was on his way at 12:45. Eric was very pleasant, professional and easy to communicate with. Spent a great deal of time assessing my problems and gave me a fair estimates for each of the two jobs needed. He even took out the caulking around the toilet to see if there was a leak, with no charges for the inspection/estimate, just as promised. Will definitely use them to do the work. Great experience!

I called Carolina Plumbing & they were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and knew the problem with our faucet right away. It was just clogged with minerals because we are on a well. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. I was never told there was a $288.00 minimum for a service. I thought that was way to excessive for the amount of time for the repair.

They are very humble there

I try to keep the money in the neighborhood and usually end up disappointed in the quality of work. Anthony was hired to reseat a toilet and followed thru to make sure the entire system was working properly without asking for more money than what was quoted. Outstanding work at a fair price, I will use him again.
