Unlimited Plumbing & Drains Services are fantastic.

This is why: we moved into our new home and at first no matter what we did the toilet downstairs kept running. We lifted the back of the lid and checked the flapper, toggled it even and it didnt work, this happened like 10 times and we brought in a local plumber and he quoted us $100 to fix it and said it was the piping. Absolutely not. Also, water bill for the month was like $350 I almost had a heart attack. We called in 4 plumbers to review to see if it was the city or if it it was our responsiblity and all the plumbers kept giving us these answers that we could not fix. Until Gil figured it out and said we had bought a water heater that did not work correctly and was continuously pumping the water out and then back in, as a result it was messing with the city's water reader. FINALLY we just got last months water bill and it was $40! Thank you!!!

I would absolutely would refer these guys to my friends and family. They are available 24/7, they came to my house twice on a saturday and came late one night just to check to see if the water meter was moving or not!

They are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. Awesome job guys and thanks so much for your help, we thought we were going to be stuck paying $300 a month for water forever!

I live in an apartment building that hired these clowns to check for a leak. They entered my apartment boots and clothes completely full of brown foul smelling water splashing it all over my walls and my door. I don't even know what kind of joker thought it would be smart to kick the door when knocking but yeah there was discharge where they kicked, near the door knob, as well as on the door decoration, and all over the closet where they were checking for a leak. In the apartment complex the elevator also was covered in dark foul smelling water even after they left. What a disrespectful bunch of amateurs.

The worst. Came to clean pipes and didn’t even have the proper equipment. He used my paper towels to clean the pipes. I live in an apartment complex that has a gnat issue and he kept saying “there isn’t anything we can do about it, this cleaning isn’t going to help”. I asked him if he had a brush to get deeper into the pipes and some sort of spray. He said he couldn’t spray, because if he did, it will go to my neighbors apartment, and he didn’t have a brush on him. Very inexperienced. Would not recommend.

My plumbing was clogged for over a week, I finally called a professional after having my apartment's super try fixing it, and Carlos fixed it within 20 minutes. He was fast, courtesous, and professional, would use them again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The leasing team is very helpful and nice. The maintenance team, however, steals the show. They keep this place looking new day in and day out. You can see the pride from the road.

We had a clog in our main sewer line between the first floor and the basement. As such we were unable to use any water in the house and it was some what of an emergency. I called about 10 plumbers all of which could not come out for several days. Unlimited sent a guy out (Luis) the same day and fixed the problem. He tried snaking it but had to remove the toilet to get in far enough. He was friendly and got the job done quickly. The price to remove the toilet, snake it, and put the toilet back. $306. I don't know if this is overpriced or not but Unlimited was there when I needed them and got the job done fast.

We had our toilet line replaced. We were charged $190 for the service with $40 off. We paid $150. I was told that there is no extra charge for weekend and night service.

The technician took only 20 mins to fix it.

When I called other licensed plumbers, they said, it's less than hour job and would cost only maximum of $80.

Please be careful with this company. I live in Cary, NC. The company overcharged me. This is something I need to report to BBB as well.

An estimate was given to use. It was about 8.15p.m on Saturday night. We did not have much choice but to go with the company.

I wanted to verify to make sure I was not over charged. To my surprise, all other leading licensed company charges only a maximum of $80 for that work.

So be careful when you deal with this company. I have already send an email to them about their overcharge.

Mister Luis came out with Mister Edwin. Both were professional and worked hard and long to fix my issues. Wish all companies had a Mister Luis to represent their company. He even dealt well with four small children - which is rare. He definitely needs a kudos and a raise or a promotion or paid vacation or something after working on my job. God bless you and your family. So glad you guys came out. Made my day.

After using this company for several projects I found them to be quite overpriced. However plumbing is expensive sometimes so I never complained and only occasionally called for service. Well today I asked them if they were interested in bidding a water line replacement job that I needed a couple bids on. (Several thousand dollar job) The lady answered the phone and was incredibly short with me. She told me they weren’t interested and either go in the work order or not. She said they were too busy to bid the job. After doing $30,000 in work last year with them I have decided to be done with them.

These guys are great. So friendly and professional. You know you've got a good team when they will make a recommendation on how to fix things...and give equal time with explaining why you don't need the top-of-the-line solution, etc. I always feel like they're taking good care of me. Plus, no emergency or weekend fees? Unheard of. I'll never use another service.

I don't know how the hell this unprofessional company even gets good reviews from anyone. So apparently the apartment complex my wife and daughter lives in hired these people to do maintenance on the pipes that are connected with another apartment. When they went to work on the pipes in the other place they put a snake through the pipe and busted the pipe under the kitchen sink which caused the cabinet under the sink to flood with dirty water that seeped on to the carpet, under the stove, and under the dishwasher. The maintenance man was called and did his best with cleaning up the mess that was made and called up the plumbing company responsible for busting our pipe to which they responded by saying they wasn't responsible in a rude manner and hung up on the maintenance man. If this is the kind service that is given to customers of this company, then who are people blowing to stay in business? Seriously! You people should be ashamed of yourselves to even call yourselves professionals and not take responsibility for busting our pipes and coming back to fix ours. This company needs to be out if business and if this is a family owned company and then you all need to either be homeless or get in another line work.

Obtaining emergency plumbing assistance is never fun, however the guys at Unlimited Plumbing and Drains made the whole process less painful. Beginning with their courteous and timely technicians to their experience and know how. I will call these guys again for sure. Their prices are reasonable and they even provide free estimates.

Property Manager. Several projects not completed. Ones that were completed were not completed correctly and another -plumbing company was called out to correctly fix the problem. When questions the owner talked down to office staff and maintenance. He was correct we were not licensed plumbers however it doesn't take a licensed plumber to see water running down the street and flying in the air.

Marco was an amazing technician who came out and did a stellar job on my water heater, bathtub and fixed my water pressure and was here at my home in a timely manor! I would ask for him anytime and he’s very professional, with a great attitude.
