Called on a Saturday night at 10pm and there was a technician at my door within an hour. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I recently registered as a member, after utilizing their service for years. It is practical, economical and their servicemen have always been courteous, polite and swift in completing their work. Patrick, who serviced me today, was particularly thorough, taking time to answer all my questions and seemed to go above the call of duty to provide thorough maintence on my units(s). He also made suggestions and recommendation to help prevent future challenges without being pushy or trying to sell me anything. Glad I Invested in the membership.

Hurley is an excellent service tech; he takes great care to go over every item, and assess its health. i appreciate his thoroughness, and would always like him to do my maintenance on AC and Heat

Our upstairs AC went out on a Saturday mid day. I called Cape Fear and they sent over James who was here within an hour. He was quick, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in no time. Highly recommend Cape Fear and especially James for all your heating and cooling needs.

Harrison was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure they gave us accurate quotes. Much better experience with them than another company as Harrison went under house to see if we could even add a utility sink where other company didn't go under house and said a sink could not be added. I had a toilet and sink installed and Charlie F. did a fantastic job. He of course installed the equipment but also made sure that it all operated at maximum performance. Then he gave us an education on how to maintain peak performance. Service like that is so important and valuable when you are remodeling a bathroom. Our home was built before 1940 too so it was not an easy job due to different ways of building back then. But Charlie was a pro working with all the challenges.

Contacted Bolton to put in place a re-circulation pump on my hot water line. Frank the technician (courteous, prompt, respectful) completed the work in less than one (1) hour and 30 minutes.
The pump listed retail at $360, tubing and tee est. $50 max.
Why did the Brian the service manager proceed in charging me $1479.98 (the estimated price). Labor, disconnecting my hot water line, purging the tank, placing the pump in-line, installing a tee under my sink.
This is a prime example of a company who gouges customers, whom employs a service managers who has absolutely no people skills, and has no ability to separate logic from the non-reality.
I would not recommend this company.
I will never do business with this company ever again
I have both invoices, mails, and recorded conversations that clearly express the act of trying to take advantage of the customer.
To add insult to an already injured situation, the receptionist Kelly called me the next day of receiving the severely reduced invoice and made an attempt to collect...all the while - the payment was sent via US mail the same day of receiving the more realistic invoice.
Again, if you do not want to share my pain...avoid this company!

Prompt professional service. Replaced my leaking hot water heater quickly.

My downstairs heat went off during the night so I called first thing in the morning. I was immediately scheduled at a time before noon. The rep. was very courteous. The tech. called before coming. He was great and even took pictures of the work he did for me so I could understand more clearly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've been with Raleigh Heating and Air since 1989 and have had nothing but excellent service. My tech even gave my dog a treat before leaving.

I called because my disposal was leaking--they showed within the time window provided, assessed the situation, and decided to put in a new disposal. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They took all trash, left the warranty with me, and were respectful of my home. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!

Incredible professional service! John came to our home today to fix a broken water pipe in the ceiling. Needless to say we were worried that it would be a huge mess. John knew exactly what was going on, opens up the ceiling and fixed the pipe while keeping the mess minimal with drop cloths and covers for His boots. He was extremely helpful and professional and I can't say enough about how great of an experience this was! Thank you guys so much!
