Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We have used Cks for a couple of years now and we would never call anyone else. Nick came today and repaired our gas water heater. He was actually earlier than the time originally given to me, but called to make sure it was convenient. He also called when he encountered a wreck to let me know where he was and an anticipated time. He was very professional and kept me informed of his progress. He stayed long enough to insure that we had hot water. The scheduling process was also very positive. I called the office after hours and the woman was extremely professional and friendly. She texted first thing this morning to let me know that they had the part and could schedule today or tomorrow. They gave me the price via text so there would be no surprises. When you have water pouring into your basement that won't stop when you cut off the main water valve, you need professionals and you need them fast! Billy Soames and Eric Grimes crawled underneath my very wet house, determined the source of the leak (which is not so easily done in a plumbed and re-plumbed 1890 home) and dug and dug in the pouring rain. I almost cried with relief when they were able to completely repair the broken pipe without having to dig a huge trench from the house to the main water line. Kudos to the office staff, Valerie and Amy, who managed to get them out for this emergency and are always understanding and ready to help. A great company and wonderful people.

After reading the reviews I gave Bizzy Bee a call and I'm glad I did. Daniel arrived within an hour of the call, quickly diagnosed the problem and remedied within time frame and quote provided. Will certainly call again if another arises.
