Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

This company installed my heat pump years ago and did a good job with a competitively bid job. I've had repairs done over the years by them and others. I had them do a service visit for a repair today. They charged me $197.77 for a heat pump contactor. I just found the identical OEM contactor that was replaced on the web for $22.99 on Amazon. The repair also charged $79 for an hour of labor. Now I don't begrudge someone a fair profit for parts nor a reasonable service wage for skilled labor, but excessive is excessive. You can't mark up a repair part 8.7X and still charge a hefty labor fee. I wont be going back to this company for repairs.

I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.

Called Sonny's 8 business days ago. When I called for a status got the standard contractor refrain: We're swamped, others have a higher priority, etc. Was told someone will call when they are on the way out. A pretty sloppy way to do business rather than have the courtesy to give the customer an appointment time/window. Based on my experience Sonny's does not appear to value homeowner business. A painful lesson learned for me.
