I hired TCR Rooter to install a new hose bib/spigot in a place that was difficult to access with my existing garden hoses. They were able to give me a definitive estimate over the phone, which was very affordable. The actual work was done in all of 30 minutes by a friendly and professional plumber, and it ended up coming in $50 less than the quote over the phone. The other estimate we received from a different company was more than double what TCR charged us. Very happy with the price, quality of the work, and my overall experience. They arrived on time (actually a little early). I will definitely use their plumbing services in the future.

Our 2 HVAC systems have been serviced by Service Experts since we bought our NC home, and we also used them in NJ for years. About 6 months ago our older system failed and was so old that it was beyond reasonable repairs. Salesman Billy Brown with assistance from Sales Manager David Lee were extremely helpful in arranging for our purchase and installation of a top notch new system with Lennox equipment, with which we have been completely satisfied.As luck would have it, our second system now 12 years old just stopped working properly. The Technician from Service Experts came to diagnose immediately and advised that several critical parts of the heating system were in need of replacement. I was carefully shown exactly the basis for the serious and expensive repairs found necessary.Once again, at our request Salesman Billy Brown spent a great deal of time with us along with the Service Technician to formulate the best plan for new system replacement. The suggested new system proposal was recommended as well by Sales Manager Savid Lee.Happily, the entire new installation process was able to be started immediately and was completed with perfect results 2 days later. Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

A caution: they don’t tell you about it till its time to pay, but there is a 100$ estimate chare. Also their estimates are way overpriced.

Mike P was professional, congenial, and did a great job of diagnosing and giving remediation advice on my heating system. When servicing the heating system, he found that there were moisture issues. He performed the remediation carefully and with attention to detail, moving along, but not rushing, as some seem to. I also want to throw in that Tammy, Pam and Ashlyn, the lovely people who have answered the phone and do the scheduling are also easy to work with. What a well-run outfit. Thanks to all.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.

Tracy and his team did a wonderful job for the plumbing at our new property. The team provided a price-competitive estimate based on an initial review of work that needed to be done, and went above and beyond in thoroughly inspecting and recommending action items where needed for our plumbing. The repairs were done well and made on time, and Tracy was very communicative during the process and explained everything. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Very pleasant experience. Had a new over mounted stainless steel sink install done, along with a new disposal, and it was executed flawlessly. The two gentlemen who came by were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this company.
