Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Jason did a excellent repair for me. He was on time and worked very efficiently. His price was very reasonable. He is honest! Most consumers know little about plumbing so this is very important. Call him, you won't be sorry.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

This guy knows his stuff. Came to fix my water heater and explained the whole process. Also gives me tips to keep my water heater running at it's best. Highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't know which plumber to go with. Rates are very competitive with the big names out there.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

After moving into a new house I realized a few valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. Midtown was able to send someone out the next day and he replaced all of the plumbing under the sink, including the disposal based on his recommendation. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing for residential plumbing needs.

Scheduled an estimate request with Weather Master, and when the estimator arrived I was finishing up with a competitor as getting multiple quotes to compare is a requirement. I was outside, saw the estimator, and instead of getting out of his truck, he sat for 10 minutes then aggressively sped away. He did not exit his truck and ring the doorbell to speak with my wife, call my cell phone, or otherwise communicate in any way. I immediately called the office line and they confirmed that he saw me speaking with another company and opted to not even exit his vehicle. They offered to send him back out, but I declined. Glad this happened before I received an estimate. Don't waste your time with a company with such petty business practices and lack of professionalism.

I started having an issue with my heat yesterday (a Sunday morning-of course!). Called early this morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. My technician Kevin was great! He was on time and took care of the problem. He patiently listened to my descriptions and then addressed all of my questions/concerns. Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

So I bought a manufactured home and Michael and sons had their techs Jasper, Tyler and Joey come out. They replaced all my outlets and upgraded my electrical panel because it was not big enough for what was already in my house so they upgraded to make sure that it was big enough for my house.They also installed a ceiling fan in our living room.
