I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Read reviews on Yelp and BBB- these google reviews seem like lies. Do NOT enter in to their loyalty program- do yourself a favor and just do not do business with this company at all. They are scammers and perform shoddy work. Due to the “experts” poor installation we were without heat when temperatures dropped and it took multiple “experts” two years to figure out the issue. When we sold our house after 5 years of $343.00 monthly payments to their “loyalty program” they tried to charge us an additional $18,700 price bumping the original agreement price up to almost double the agreed upon priceOh and when they installed our units they made a total mess -stains that I could never get out of the carpet, scratched up my railing and handprints all over the walls.

Bolton’s service and expertise were excellent, and I have finally found someone who can work on my rather complex high efficiency HVAC system. The company that originally installed it (Newcomb) had made repeated repairs to the furnace each winter over the past few years, but never fixed the problem with the 3-speed fan ramping up to 100% too long and too often. Their last two technicians admitted to me they were not trained for that type of furnace after they spent about 6 of 7 charged hours in their truck making calls to their supervisor and waiting for him to return their calls to tell them what to try next. Curtis and Jerry found the problems, and it is working better than it has in years. All of their folks have been courteous and responsive.

Two days ago we were without heat as our 3 year old gas boiler furnace suddenly quit working. I called the man who installed it but his voice mail said he wasn't available. And he wasn't available yesterday morning. I was referred by my AC vendor to Newcomb and Co. doubting that a large company with mixed reviews would respond to a new customer who was without heat. The receptionist's first words were, You're without heat? I'll get someone out there as soon as I can! Wow! Three hours later Richard showed up, replaced an internal switch, cleaned up the boiler unit, and departed leaving me grateful for rapid response and comfortable heat in our house. Ned Yellig, MD

Very please with the service and professionalism I received from Bell Cow Heating and Cooling and their technician Dale. He was very informative and patient and when he had to come out a second time, he fully explained everything and was very patient in providing answers to my questions.

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!

RHA has combined with another company. We have been with RHA for 22 years. I hope we will have another 22 great years with RHA.
