What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I have been doing business with AirMakers Heating and Air-Conditioning for five years. Everyone I have dealt with has been personable and professional. The service technicians are usually right on schedule. They do an excellent job inspecting the heat pump and have caught some small problems before they became BIG problems. The team was very professional, responsive, and able to get our new system installed in record time. Given the shape the supply chain is in right now along with it being the middle of summer, we were pleasantly surprised it could be completed so quickly. We did end up having a shortage of materials the first day of install which bled in to two days of work due to this -- better planning during the project assessment phase could have improved that part -- but overall we were very happy and we have a cool house again.

Reese did excellent service on both our boiler and A/C this week. He was very thorough and found issues that needed to be addressed on both, that our previous service company had missed...he spent extra time with me, showing me how to properly drain the boiler, and understanding why it needed to be done in order to best maintain the unit. I would highly recommend Reese if you ever need service on your boiler or A/C unit..he is very knowledgable and professional! Bolton and Reese is who we will be using from now on! Many thanks!

We found NC Water Heaters on the Navien list of authorized service companies. Although they had not installed our unit, they were very familiar with the proper maintenance and performed their job in a professional and cost effective manner. Staff was wonderful and explained all of the work that they had performed and made suggestions for future service intervals. We will definitely use them again.
