We weren’t getting optimal hot water so Juan Rosado saved the day! Not only did he find a shunt between the hot/cold sides, but he also installed needed pressure safety equipment that the original plumber missed. AND this was during a routine maintenance of our tankless water heater that was included in the price of our system install. A smart, capable, & patient plumber that can help you get your system running optimally. I can’t wait to take a shower now!

My husband and I just had a huge duct work job done yesterday. Justin, the sales installer, was very informative and extremely helpful. He made us feel very comfortable about the job and the people that worked for Raleigh Heating & Air. What caught my attention was when he said My job is to inform you of everything going on down there, regardless of what your final decision is. David, who was the lead installer for our house, was phenomenal. The guy that did the job with David was very nice and polite. (I forgot his name 🙄). Very precise, and also very informative. Within 24 hours, we had an appointment AND the project completed. Very timely and efficient...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Mandolin has come out twice to look at my HVAC- once for heating and once for cooling. The tech both times was Travis and he was so friendly and efficient. Got me back up and running very quickly and I am so grateful for the excellent service!

They canceled on us twice before they made it out to our house . The salesman was amazing at first . They did a terrible job and we saw no improvement in cooling our upstairs. They left trash in our attic and blocked our attic access door. The kid technician had a tantrum on my wife when she asked him a question . Then our bill came and they over charged us . The salesman hasn't returned our calls . Would not recommend .
