Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

Our HVAC was installed by Airmakers a number of years back and they did an outstanding job. Since then, we've maintained a service contract with them so that we can get our system checked quarterly. Their service personnel always do a great job for us. They are professional and polite, and I have every confidence in their skills.

Avoid using Service Experts especially if you have an issue, in my opinion. My credit card was charged twice and they failed to provide services they said they would. On 8 Nov, 2019 I paid for equipment installed 9 Nov, 2019. Service Experts wrote on my invoice I would also receive PLUS maintenance with my order. I never received the PLUS service. I received a second bill, which I sent back stating I paid. I also sent an email detailing my concerns. On 17 Nov, 2019 I completed a survey detailing my complaint/concerns with no response. I attempted to speak to a manager 4 separate times. On 30 Dec, 2019 I was charged a second time for the same service. Again, Service Experts was unwilling to correct the issue and calling corporate only sends you back to the same store. Only after contacting my bank and disputing the charge did they acknowledge over charging my credit card. In my opinion Service Experts will do little to nothing should you have a problem to correct it.

Daniel came to my house to do my yearly service check and he was AWESOME ! He truly defines the word professional. Daniel is courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. He's also an avid dog lover which worked out great since I have a pug. You know people like to complain when things go wrong....but in this case everything went right. I wish I could give him 10 stars......GREAT JOB DANIEL !!!!!

Timothy was very nice and straight to the point. He gave me alot of info. On 6/7/23 I had the pleasure of having my new ac and heating unit installed by Justin and Brian. They did a good job. Very polite,they arrived on time, they let me know what was going on. They handled everything well.

Bruce Parker has serviced my h/a system a number of times and he remains an excellent, polite and professional technician. Well done and extremely appreciated.

Update:This is a revision to my previous review. After 6 attempts to fix the previous “new” unit, Air Experts did replace the faulty unit. So far, we are very pleased with the new unit and thankful to have it replaced.Throughout this process the repair staff that came to our home were very professional.Let me start by saying I was very reluctant to write this review, because I wanted to give them a chance to correct this situation. However, after the 6th time a brand new $14K HVAC unit goes out in less than 2 months, I feel obligated to warn others not to do business with this company. They have ignored our request to replace this unit and we have not received a response as to when the current unit will be fixed. We are currently still without AC and under a heat advisory in this area!Please beware of this company!

I had a toilet and sink installed and Charlie F. did a fantastic job. He of course installed the equipment but also made sure that it all operated at maximum performance. Then he gave us an education on how to maintain peak performance. Service like that is so important and valuable when you are remodeling a bathroom. Our home was built before 1940 too so it was not an easy job due to different ways of building back then. But Charlie was a pro working with all the challenges.

Our hot showers would randomly become cold for a couple of minutes before eventually going back to hot. I was also not getting hot water in one of the bathroom sinks. What started as a routine flushing and descaling of our tankless water heater--which the plumber was relatively sure would resolve the issue--became a three-visit financial gouging. The 473-dollar bill for the first day snowballed into $876 by the end of the third visit, as the plumber applied verbal, and possibly imaginary, coupons to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. In the end, the solution was a dip switch setting, which the plumber discovered while on the phone with the manufacturer's technical support.

Customers shouldn't be charged for repeated visits while the technician goes down a generic checklist that has nothing to do with the actual problem. Let the buyer beware!
