Best Heat Pump Water Heater in Raleigh NC

Wes and his team installed a new hot water heater for me. The work was well done, performed promptly and at a reasonable price. I will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area.

They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before.

I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Will Foti was great a describing the available systems and their differences in easy understandable terms, which made it simple for us to pick the right system for our house. Will was low key and personable, one of the best meetings with a Consultant that we have ever had.The equipment that was ordered arrived early, and Will made sure we could move our install date to an earlier day so that we would be ready for the upcoming heat wave. The install team arrived on time. We showed Wilkings, the team leader, the layout of the house, and they got to it immediately. They were quiet, efficient and professional. When I needed to get up form my work station and stretch, I would pop in and take a look at the progress, the team always answered any questionsI had. 2005 Builder-installed 2nd floor system went out a few years ago. I had so many problems with the same brand on the first floor that I really wanted to have a Trane. The repair Company that I called did not sell Trane brand, so I called Cape Fear. Prompt, clean and otherwise excellent installation experience.
18 months ago I did not have a maintenance contract but they showed up within a couple of hours away for a first floor air-conditioning issue in the hot mid summer weather and quickly fixed it.
Since then I have had maintenance contracts and the fellas that come out put on cloth shoe covers like medical professionals when they come inside.
They are very knowledgeable when I have asked questions about the systems and they spend a lot of time cleaning and checking the systems every six months so that we are not caught off guard by a breakdown. (I think it’s in the neighborhood of 45 minutes to an hour on each system.)
Their technician James has been twice for maintenance Contract service and he is excellent! I can’t say enough good things about him!

I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

This was my first time using Michael and Son. My previous HVAC company was not professional in doing business, so I decided to try this company. The Michael and Son technician was professional and knowledgeable about the service he preformed. He offered me a contract which included what the previous company offered and a whole lot more for less money. They offer electrical and plumbing inspections included in the price of the contract. I'm satisfied with the service I received.
