Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

I called Service Experts to check the noise coming from PMAC. Two people came; the technician and a salesman. Upon enter, they immediately started downgrading my system and said the unit was garbage and that it needed to be removed because it was doing nothing. They suggested my purchasing their products; a whole home filtration system. The salesman started scheduling the install for this week. I hadn't agreed to buy. Then they'd suggest other products to replace my unit. They tried to sale me an airscrubber but I have one. He was going to trash the one that I have but after going into the attic, he saw that it is the product that they sell. The technician said that the PMAC is an old technology and thought that his company was pulling them out because they were trash.He also said that he'd thought they'd stopped making them. He told me what Merv filter to buy. The salesman was getting prices for first one thing and then another. I was bombarded with information and felt overwhelmed. I called Service Experts because they were listed as the manufacturers of the polarized filter. I didn't know that they were just another HVAC company. The unit was upside down. He turned it right side up and the salesman clean the grid cover. It stopped tgs buzzing. I was then asked to give a review. The salesman ask to help me; like I didn't know how and then he gave themselves 5 stars and left the rest for me to complete. I was charged $82. As they left he tried to sell me their maintenance plan. I called after they left about the pushy up-selling tactics. I was told to call back on Monday. I did and spoke to Eugene the phone operator. I asked to speak with a manager but he wanted to help. I told him of my issues and the charge.. after several minutes on hold, he comes back and tells me that no one can speak to me but someone will get back to me in 24/48 hours. I call back and speak to another person, she gave me the same answer. Ten minutes later David calls. He asked me about my concerns with the price. I ask to tell him my whole issue of how I felt tagged teamed by the tech and salesman and how the fix was just turning the unit right side up. David tells me that they did fix it and that he would speak to their supervisors but technically, they stopped the buzzing. He kept saying, do you hear a noise?, then they fixed it. The price was fair and that they didn't charge me a dispatch fee so they gave me a $100 discount. I said that they didn't charge me a dispatch fee because I am a priority member. He then asked what do I want him to do and what do I consider fair pricing because they stop the noise and that is the price in the books. I said Sir, I'm talking about their tactics not the price. He said that he couldn't do anything about the past but was trying to offer compensation. I said then offer the compensation but don't attempt to gaslight me. He told me to lower my tone. Admittedly I was agitated because of his patronizing approach but my tone was fine. I didn't swear e raise my voice but I was assertive. I began shuttingdown because conversation was going nowhere and I was becoming more upset so I said have a good day and he told me to have a good day and we ended the call. I will never use them again! They are so generous and kind when you called for an app but appointment ny problem and you are treated like a peria.

Thanks so much to the technician, David Guin for his great service. Really appreciated. He was not only professional identifying the cause of the problem checking all possible sources(We requested the service for an extreme water bill amount) in details but also very friendly manner and patience for all my questions. Thanks to him for clarifying all my questions. He even showed underground water meter, provided information, gave tips for general water issues for home. I would definitely recommend him for any water/plumbing issues your home because of his knowledge and manner. Many thanks!

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

Timothy, their technician, was great! Thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He explained the issues he found clearly and then how to rectify the issues. I will be using them again for sure.

My technician was Sven Headon and he repaired my toilet. He was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and he was adept at doing the repair. I felt as though I could ask him any questions related to the job and his explanations were clear. I especially liked the way he presented options to me. He also took time to look at my water heater and kitchen faucet, free of charge. He has at least 15 years of professional experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

Harrison was the plumber who handled the issues in a very professional manner. He proposed a very cost effective solution and did not attempt to upsell. Highly recommend this company which I also use for my HVAC system.

Hal Petrosa was great. He immediately pinpointed the leak problem and provided helpful pointers. He was very friendly and honest. I will definitely call him back.

My home had problems with low water pressure. Fred Puryear was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my water pressure problem promptly. He explained to me the problem and gave me a few option on what I can do going forward. I would most definitely call them back because Fred did a great job!

Bolton’s service and expertise were excellent, and I have finally found someone who can work on my rather complex high efficiency HVAC system. The company that originally installed it (Newcomb) had made repeated repairs to the furnace each winter over the past few years, but never fixed the problem with the 3-speed fan ramping up to 100% too long and too often. Their last two technicians admitted to me they were not trained for that type of furnace after they spent about 6 of 7 charged hours in their truck making calls to their supervisor and waiting for him to return their calls to tell them what to try next. Curtis and Jerry found the problems, and it is working better than it has in years. All of their folks have been courteous and responsive.
