I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

Was able to watch the process of cleaning the drain and he took care of the problem easily. He was able to answer questions and was professional. Would use again.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Kevin came out and fixed our shower and installed a new PRV for the house. He was professional, cleaned up after himself (used shoe covers and swept up the dust made by cutting a hole in the drywall), and wore his mask the whole time he was working. Thanks for a great job Kevin!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Air Experts Heating & Cooling. I called for heating service in the very early am, and a Service Tech (Oscar Angeles Duran) was at my home approximately 6 hours later. I called due to heat on, but no heat. Oscar Angeles Duran was both friendly and professional, he quickly diagnosed my issue, and discussed the resolution with me. Most importantly, Oscar Angeles Duran adhered to COVID safety precautions by arriving at my home fully masked. I called them at 715 am and they were here before 9am. Polite and professional pulled out my old water heater in the attic and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Top shelf service.

I needed to replace some low-quality builder-installed toilet fill valves and shutoff valves. Kyle and Sean came over and did the job quickly and professionally at the pre-agreed price. Now my toilets work well and there won't be any costly leaks and frustrating fill valve failures.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
