Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

Golden rule has taken care of 2 jobs for us. The first was about a year ago, they replaced the shower faucet in our bathroom and did an awesome job. Fair pricing and good work. The second time was a week ago. They came out diagnosed the problem. Did a repair. We continued to have a problem and the whole time they kept communication with us and as soon as I asked if they could come out again and check it out, they came next day. Very friendly, figured out that a product they used was faulty and they replaced it. No problem. I really appreciate it! Thankful for such a great locally owned business. Thank you guys!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Tracy came out and was able to visually diagnose the problem. He assured me of his observation and what work he will perform. Tracy made me feel that I made the right choice needed to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

My rental property in Raleigh, NC was in need of repair on the main water line into the house along with installation of a dehumidifier in the crawl space. I contacted Will at Fuller Services while working out-of-state and he handled everything for me, exceeding all of my expectations and making the entire service easy and stress-free for me. He promptly and professionally contacted me to review my needs, then made several attempts to successfully reach out to my tenants to make arrangements for install. Additionally, my tenants added on several other issues at the time of installation where Will adapted the plan for the day according to my wishes to maintain the property and had no issue to go pick up the additional parts required for the extra fixes. At the same time, he was mindful of the costs involved by identifying what 'projects' needed done ASAP as compared to those that could wait, those that did not need done at all, and the best way to care for the older water heater on the property to prolong life while also notifying me of the reality that it will be the next major project upcoming to be prepared for.

Called CK's Plumbing & Backflow for assistance with a plumbing issue. I spoke to Beth to schedule a service call. She also gave me guidance on another company as my plumbing problem may involve an external leak. Kyle and Anthony arrived to replace a shut-off valve. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had wonderful communication regarding our plumbing problem and what was required to repair it. We also received updates regarding the time of arrival. The technician who was supposed to service our home missed his appointment because he didn't call the number we gave him when we scheduled our appointment. Apparently they rescheduled our appointment without telling us because I received a call later that day saying a technician was coming over. When I told the person calling me I wasn't going to be home because nobody notified me of the reschedule he got defensive and never took ownership or apologized for the mixup. Overall the interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would not work with th this company again.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
