Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

This guy knows his stuff. Came to fix my water heater and explained the whole process. Also gives me tips to keep my water heater running at it's best. Highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't know which plumber to go with. Rates are very competitive with the big names out there.

Such great and thorough service from Midtown Plumbing. Jason came out to help me investigate a smell coming from our bathroom vanity as well as our boys' bathroom. He diagnosed our problem and educated me all along the way, and fixed our issues efficiently and thoroughly. Frank W. conducted a semi-annual check on my Heating and Air system on 3/5/15. He was very professional and shared information about my system and was extremely pleasent to talk with about maintaining the system.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I used PLMR for a drain that was clogged and the gentleman that came was wonderful !! We will be using him again !! He was responsive, well presented , and efficient and knowledgeable. Came right away to fix an issue that had resulted in no water

Long story short N W POOLE Well & Pump communication and customer service sucks. Called fuller services. Made appt. To get pressure tank replaced Mr. Ken and Mr. William showed up on time changed out my tank, let me use 10% off first time customer before starting the job, were professional and informative. I appreciate the great service and timely completion of job. Thank you guys will call and suggest your company to friends.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
