Rob Stevenson did a great job repairing a backflow preventer for my irrigation system that broke in the freezing weather. He showed me how to isolate, drain, and remove this equipment to prevent this issue from occurring again. Additionally, he ensured my nearby water meter was fully dry after he was done, since the leak had flooded it. He went above and beyond my expectations for any plumber or technician.

Update: I am updating my review from earlier today due to customer service truly going above and beyond to address my concerns in a quick and courteous manner. The thunderstorm last night caused a power surge in my area and damaged my zone board. The technician Lukas came to my home sooner than the scheduled appointment. He was professional, quickly identified and resolved the issue. Thank you Lukas for your awesome customer service. Also, thank you Susan for contacting me this morning better explaining the policies and moving up my appointment today. You are awesome as well. Thank you Jim for quickly responding to my review this morning and getting your team involved.I’m extremely disappointed right now. My a/c unit warranty is suppose to be covered under my home builders warranty. I just found out from customer service my warranty was only good for the first 12 months of new construction. It’s now 6 days past the 1 year warranty and my system has completely stopped working already. This is a new unit in a new construction built home only 12 months old. I had to call customer service twice just to request service. The representative stated b/c the warranty has expired it will be a $79 service fee plus $185.00 to extend the warranty. I ask out of good faith could they waive the service fee this one time since it’s so close to the expiration date of the builders warranty. I was told unfortunately they cannot do that. To add frustration to that I called before normal business hours to schedule an appointment. The representative advised she will have someone call me back so a technician can come to my home today. Now I’m being advised someone won’t get to my home until tomorrow evening between 1-5pm, plus I have to pay for the service fee, warranty fee and possible additional costs depending on the issue. I do understand life happens and there are guidelines with warranties, but out of good faith considering my home builder has contracted with this company to install HVAC systems in numerous communities, could they at least work with me in waiving the fee being it’s less than a week my warranty has expired. Again, this is extremely frustrating and disappointing

Eugene did a lot of work to modernize my 36 year old home. Very happy with the quality of work done. Eugene was communicative, knowledgeable, and punctual.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!

Fuller services performed an excellent service, timely and professionally. Will takes very seriously the company his father built and has tremendous pride on carrying on his father's legacy. I had a difficult experience with another contractor, Will made me feel confident in his capacity and restored my trust. By the way, I needed a water heater 😊. Whatever you need, be sure to call Fuller Services, I know I will.

Great service. No up charge for Sunday and they were able to fix my unit instead of trying to upsell me on a replacement. Drew Thompson was the tech. He was great. Really nice guy. Knows his stuff.

Had a scare with my HVAC where it shut down overnight, woke up to a 55*F home--not fun. Called Raleigh Heating and Air at 7:50am and spoke with Jeremy. He helped me diagnose the issue and fixed it, without having to send a tech out on the icy roads (so a win-win). Will definitely refer everyone to these guys. Thanks!

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

Arbor Plumbing & Backflow repiped our whole house within just a few days at a very affordable rate. I thought repiping a whole house was going to cost a fortune, but Arbor gave us the most competitive quote of the 4 companies we got quotes from...and their team was very professional and thorough and transparent with the whole process. After the job was completed, we had an unrelated leak in the basement, and they came out to fix it at no additional charge. Mike is the man. Larry is the man. Thanks guys.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!
