I had a great experience with Terry and the entire team at TCR Rooter & Plumbing. I had a main sewer line backup at my house, and I had to have some cast iron pipes replaced. I got quotes from a few plumbers. Terry impressed me with his knowledge of the issue. He quoted me a price, and he came in under the quote. On top of that, he was able to fix the issue quickly, and his entire team was a real pleasure to work with. You are in good hands with Terry.

We came home to a leak in the garage, but couldn't figure out if it was coming from inside the wall or from the water heater. James was the on-call plumber from Schwartz; he showed up at 8pm and stuck around until well after 10pm helping figure things out. He returned the next day to install a new water heater, and had that knocked out in less than two hours. The leak was unexpected and frustrating to deal with -- but James was incredibly professional and very nice. We didn't have a go-to plumber beforehand, but we do now!

I have found the only plumber I'll ever use. William came to our house (twice) the day I called him to take a look at our 2 yr old tankless water heater that was not working. Turned out to be a minor issue that his guys showed me how to troubleshoot if it happens again. Total bill - $0.00

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Frank Castaneda did an outstanding job he has done work for us twice already so I give him a review 2 times. First time we had a sewer pipe that needed to be fixed and he was able to repair that no problem. Second time our shower started leaking through the ceiling and he came out on an emergency visit. He was able to find the problem and fix it right on spot. I would highly recommend him. Great work and very polite and professional.

received 3 estimates for replacing water heater in attic. One company was almost twice what Poole's offered and the other was almost as much without the WH. Poole's came on time, put protective film on carpet, and did a Fantastic job within a few hours. Very professional and explained installation and operation. They gave me an estimate just from the photos I sent them and a few other details and were true to their price with NO extra charges.

Because we are new to the area, my husband and I relied on the online reviews to find a plumber for one day's work of items in our new home such as replacing toilets, faucets, etc. When the estimator arrived with my husband, he wasn't willing to answer all of his questions and paid for a quote that only consisted of replacing our shutoff valve. This wasn't an item on the list, but I give him two stars because the plumber that we did end up hiring to do the work also recommended this and was willing to give us a quote on all of the items and answer all of our questions. Fifty-nine dollars just seems high for him to cherry pick what work he wanted to do.
