Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

We had an emergency plumbing situation with waste spilling into our crawlspace. I contacted our home warranty company and was told the plumber we had to use would contact us in 24 hours and had a seven day window to come out to look at our situation. This was was unacceptable so I gave Jayks a call. Jason came out to my house 30 minutes later, assessed the situation, and went to work. Before I knew it the plumbing was fully operational again and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend giving Jayks a call.

We noticed a few days ago that water has been entering our pantry for a while, and has already damaged the floor. This morning we realized it was coming from the washing machine. Called Ben Franklin, and they got a guy here within 2 hours. The fellow knew what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem as related to an inadequate laundry drain pipe. He thought the best solution would be to replace the drain from the laundry room down through the crawl space to the far corner of the house. He warned me that it wouldn't be cheap, and would take a day of work. I was pleasantly surprised when the whole job was finished before 4 PM.

The folks at Golden Rule Plumbing are amazing. They’ve fixed two issues for me at this point and I’ll continue to go to them in the future. They’re kind, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond in their work.

Had a great experience with Daniel Brothers doing some water damage repair along with kitchen remodeling. We also had a minor problem creep up 7 months later and they had someone come out and replace that with no issue. Definitely recommend.

After looking at several plumbers, we decided to hire the Art of Plumbing for the install of a Rinnai Tankless Water heater. Eugene provided detailed information during the process of determining the best plumber, best system and special feature functionality. He is a true professional. We were delighted with his and his assistants attention to detail and their care for our home. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The pipe for my toilet shutoff valve broke inside the wall at 11:45 AM this morning. I called Drew at PLMR and left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes and, was at my house 30 minutes after that. Drew is professional and courteous and wore all of his PPE and shoe coverings while in my house. The repair was made and cleanup done at 2:00 PM. I would recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very reasonable and took his time explaining the repair to me.
