Best Drain Cleaning Hydro Jetting in Raleigh NC

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

Aaron is a quality person and a better plumber.

A caution: they don’t tell you about it till its time to pay, but there is a 100$ estimate chare. Also their estimates are way overpriced.

Scott was on time and took care of our water heater install fast! He was very professional and we'll use again if / when we ever need a good plumber.

I cannot say enough good things about Peaches Plumbing. I had a hot water heater leak and my regular plumber was unavailable. I called around and Peaches Plumbing was recommended by another plumbing business. I am so happy I called! Josh was so quick to respond. He called me back within 20 minutes and then FaceTimed with me to walk me through how to turn the hot water off. The next day water was continuing to leak through the ceiling. He texted with me up until 11:00pm gathering information to help me solve the problem. He came out the next day and drained the water heater so the leaking stopped. I ended up needing to replace it-and Josh shopped around to find one that would save me money. He and his guy removed my old water heater and installed a new one in the attic. They did a fantastic job-kept everything neat and dry. He even vacuumed after he finished. He stayed to make sure I had hot water before he left.

This was such a stressful time because while all of this was going on I was also preparing to move. Josh went above and beyond and was a total lifesaver. Very knowledgeable and dependable. Peaches Plumbing is the best!!!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

From my first call into their office to the clean-up after the sewer repair, CK's made an unfortunate situation as positive as possible. Chris the owner, Bob the Service Manager/Crew Chief, the repair crew and the people I spoke with in the office were all friendly, professional and helpful.

Not only was their bid to repair our sanitary tee and 10' of sewer line essentially the lowest of 4 we received (one company was $100 lower), their whole approach to the job produced a comfort level that went beyond the price.

For both the estimate survey and the repair they arrived on-time and both times they provided a we're on our way call as promised. While I hope you never need a sewer repair, if you do I highly recommend you contact CK for a quote.

I will call Optimal for ALL my plumbing needs i phoned to report suspected issues with my Wtr heater, as my hot water was not coming on. Mark arrived firvsame day service and immed diagnosed that my pilot light was out. Ultimately, I will have to contact Dominion Gas to relite the pilot.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Fantastic company! Honest, high integrity, very professional and reasonably priced. Not only have I used them multiple times for our house but their owner actually did research to help an 80 year old family member (with a plumbing issue) that lives out of state. I am so happy to have discovered the fine folks at ARC Plumbing. I bought an older home in Apex about 3 months ago and they have been to my rescue on more than one occasion.
