I am so impressed with this company and with the owner, Terry! I had a leak that went through the wall of my house and I just knew that it was going to cost a fortune. The technician that came out was so kind and efficient. I later learned that this company is serviced based, not profit based. They thanked me for my service and they refused to make a profit off of the work they did for me. This company reminded me that there are good people in the world. I appreciate Terry and his staff! I am a retired and a Wake County resident of 35 years. I woke up one morning to having a problem with a leak in my crawlspace. I called Schwartz Plumbing at 7:30 AM and they had someone responding within a couple of hours of me reporting my problem. The technician was courteous, professional, and explained the problem I was having in detail. He also told me what to expect for repair costs. After he was done, he was sure to ask me if I needed anything else before he left. I would definitely recommend Schwartz Plumbing to my friends and family.

I called on Thursday afternoon and they responded Friday morning . Scott, the service tech advised what the problem was and quickly power flushed my water heater to get rid of the sediment that had collected inside the heater. This solved the problem of the noise inside the heater. I would certainly recommend William Parrish Plumbing.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

We discovered a leak in our ceiling from our water heater and contacted Michael and Sons because their reputation preceded them. Fabian came this morning to inspect the issue and had amazing communication and professionalism before he even arrived. He diagnosed the issue, explained lots of things along the way, was very patient because we recently bought the house and didn't have all relevant information, and got to work quickly. The issue was a lot bigger than we thought but he got it taken care of, including calling in reinforcements. We have new shut offs and a new water heater the same day they came and plans to keep it well maintained. Never had to call a plumber before but glad we called them!

I was having some issues with my Rinnai water heater, and noticed that on the Poole's Plumbing trucks in front of me in traffic, it said they worked on Rinnai water heaters in particular, so I gave them a call.
The two young men they sent were courteous, polite and knew their trade. They cleaned up my old Rinnai and asked me to let them know if the issue persisted, though they seemed confident it wouldn't.
So far, so good.
I'll be calling these guys back for anything else I run into plumbing-wise.

I called CK's on a recommendation from a friend. They came out and replaced my Rinnai tankless water heater. Jerry came out on the same say and gave me a detailed estimate. The estimate was more than I was expecting, so he carefully explained to me what was different about the newer unit, and why he needed to move it to bring it up to code. Even though I believed him, I still got a second bid. Guess what, it was EVEN HIGHER, and they didn't give me any of the detailed explanation that Jerry did. I contacted CK and asked them to do the work Chris, Ray, and Bob came out and explained the whole process again, and they said they'd do what the could to minimize the move costs. They were able to trim out some of the needed rework needed and reduce the overall project costs. I appreciated their honesty and efforts to keep the price reasonable. I'm really happy with the work, and glad they were recommended to me.

Called at 8am and had the hot water heater replaced by 11am at a fair price. I would recommend to my friends & family.

I had a difficult repair to be made when the sewer line from my house completely failed. Cary Plumbing rejected the business, so did Pipetechs and Waco. But Bolton was willing to work with me, provide advice, recommend a solution, and then deliver as promised on an extremely reasonable budgeted quotation. Great management by Brian. Great field service by Billy. They have earned my future business.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Wanted to leave a quick note about the guys from ARC, especially David. Our dishwasher died on us and after several failed attempts at a fix from the manufacturer and another local service company, we gave ARC a call. They were able to send someone out (on the weekend) in less than 24 hours. David arrived on-time, was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. He left our house cleaner than it was when he arrived, and our dishwasher is functional again! I would highly recommend the guys at ARC to anyone needing help with any plumbing issues.
