Extremely Unprofessional. I called in for an emergency appointment, and they accepted the job around 11:00 a.m. I had water pouring through a floor into the level below, and it was a true emergency. I called 5 times to find out when they would be coming out, and they never returned my call. At 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they wouldn't be able to make the visit. They really left me hanging in a bad situation.

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

They did a great job for us. Response was timely and they keep us informed of arrival timing. Quality of work was excellent and they even helped us with another problem. Would definitely recommend them.

Poole's plumbing has reasonable service levels (they showed up when the said they would) and good technicians (very polite and seemingly qualified). But the pricing is too high. A simple toilet repair where plumber was on site for less than 1 hour and replacement part costs $20 online was over $300. This is not a reasonable price. Just to show up was $150. I would recommend going elsewhere for better value.

We have used CKs for all our plumbing needs. Water heater work, toilets, leaks in and under the house, pipe repair and drains. Juan has been great and we would definitely call him again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. Thank you God for Mathews Plumbing Solutions! In a panic after flushing my diamond wedding ring down the toilet I called Mathews Plumbing Solutions at 10:30at night!! I spoke with the owner and he gave a good ( and quite accurate) description of what his crew could do to try and retrieve my ring. I had a crew member at my home within an hour. Wayne was professional and polite. He even apologized to me for having to go through this. He was efficient and skillful. He went straight to work and was able to use a camera to find my ring!! Thank God it didn't end up in the septic tank!!!! One cut in the pipes and it fell out!!! He sealed every thing up neatly and left the job like nothing had happened. I'm so grateful!!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
