We were scheduled within a day, and Lou arrived on time and with all the expertise required to connect our gas grill and take care of a dripping shower head. TCR was recommended to me by a family member and I have had a great experience with them replacing my water heater. Their quote was significantly cheaper than a quote I received from another local plumbing company, and they didn't engage in any pushy tactics or upselling as I have experienced elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to on the phone while getting my service scheduled was friendly and responsive. The techs were punctual, friendly, efficient, and were patient with questions I had during the service.

After moving into a new house I realized a few valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. Midtown was able to send someone out the next day and he replaced all of the plumbing under the sink, including the disposal based on his recommendation. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was finished. I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing for residential plumbing needs.

The person I spoke with at this business, Allison Rist, did an excellent job of answering all my questions. And I had many LOL she was very patient and when she could not answer a question she had a technician call me within the hour. They were at my house the next day and very safe with masks. 100% use this business again

Solomon was great! He came to our aid quickly and helped us isolate a gas leak. He found the leak, replaced the faulty part, and negotiated an excellent deal with us for future maintenance on our systems. We will be asking for his assistance personally and by name in the future. Thank you to Solomon for all his help and professionalism.Edit: I had Jesus come for a routine check up on my HVAC system today. He noticed a problem: my flue pipe from my furnace was disconnected. With an hour, he had the part needed to reconnect the flue, had performed excellent work, and my system is now back up and running. Thank you, Jesus and Freddy for everything you did today!

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! Working with this company was a complete disaster for the beginning! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Appointment time was for first thing in the morning. Technicians showed up at 11:30am. Our project was NOT done with precision and professionalism as stated on their website. As you can see from the finish project photo, the water regulator handle sticks out over 1 1/2 from the face plate and they failed to put a thread end on the water spigot pipe.

Obtaining emergency plumbing assistance is never fun, however the guys at Unlimited Plumbing and Drains made the whole process less painful. Beginning with their courteous and timely technicians to their experience and know how. I will call these guys again for sure. Their prices are reasonable and they even provide free estimates.
