I'm a property manager and have used Terry and TCR for years. They are quick to respond and always accurate. They can handle small things like just replacing a faucet or major repairs that require digging, etc. They always pinpoint the issue and Terry follows up to make sure the customer is 100% happy. I used to use 3 or 4 different plumbers and now that I've been working with Terry, I never use anyone but TCR.

I even hire them at my own house when I need a plumber. In fact, one day I had a neighbor call to notify me that I had a leak at my house. I was 15 minutes away and I called Terry, and he was there and had the water turned off at the main before I was even home. The insurance company told me that he probably saved me (them) $25,000 by doing that.

Our new technician was very through and was able to give answers to all the questions my wife and I had. He provided me pictures with areas he had concerns with in our house that was just built a few months prior, so I could raise concerns with the builder. He said they were able to fix anything the builder would be unable or unwilling to fix. We are seeing what our builder can do now and we hope to have Solomon back to add some additional items our house was not equipped with.

Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are fabulous. We’ve had them come to our house three times, work hard each time, and solved the problem!!! You’ll pay more somewhere else and they won’t work as hard for you. I can’t emphasize enough that you’re making a mistake if you don’t call this honest, prompt, courteous and helpful company. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
