We are new to Durham and had our first official plumbing emergency in our new home. We randomly selected and called Jayk’s. Jason was very professional, helpful, and arrived promptly. He also charged a very reasonable fee and we were very impressed and grateful with the work he did and in the timely manner he completed it. Highly recommended and we will definitely call him again if we ever have any other issues.

Chris was extremely helpful and professional with his services. He clearly answered all questions that I had and also advised me on things to look for once his work was completed if a revisit would potentially be needed. He was respectful of our space as my wife and I work from home and are on calls constantly. The time that it took to complete his services were within the time frame he initially advised. My kitchen sink wouldn't drain, and as a bit of a DIY-er I attempted to fix it myself. I isolated what the problem was, but it became evident I needed some assistance with professional tools.
I called around, got prices, estimated timelines, and Golden Rule had not only a great price but they were able to come by much faster than most of the others.
At the house the guys were prompt, good communicators (who didn't mind when I asked questions or walked them through my attempts to fix it), and they worked quickly to fix the issue.
Ultimately extremely satisfied I reached out to Golden Rule for my plumbing issue. Highly recommend++

CALL TCR FOR EVERYTHING PLUMBING
I literally just erased my previous “go to” plumbing company’s contact info and replaced it with TCR’s info!! I falsely assumed TCR would be like every other plumbing company I’d ever used. Wow! I was incredibly wrong! Initial conversation for setting up the appt was with an ACTUAL plumber!! Trust me when I say that makes a HUGE difference in your time and theirs. Brooks did an incredible job! He was professional, knew what he was doing (again, that matters), got the job done quickly, and even cleaned up before leaving! You would think for all those wonderful qualities the cost would be on the higher end of average. Nope!! They were considerably LESS than other plumbers!
Already forwarded their contact info to my realtor friend. Yes…they impressed me that much!!

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

Our upstairs AC went out on a Saturday mid day. I called Cape Fear and they sent over James who was here within an hour. He was quick, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with the work done by Scott and his crew. He installed the plumbing for a new vanity which required modification to the existing plumbing going from a pedestal fixture to a vanity fixture that needed an exhaust vent in the basement. Great job.

After getting several estimates on installing a tankless water heater in our home we decided on Poole's Plumbing for the job. The whole installation process went very smooth. The guys removed the old water heater from the attic and installed the new tankless heater on the outside of the house.
