Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

We had 2 installs over the past year, one for the house and a smaller one for over our external garage.

The sales and installation process were seamless and professional. They provided great advice as well so we wouldn't throw $s away.

!!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!This business should be called worst service experts or lip service experts because nothing has been done on time or properly the first time.I initially hired them to run a dryer duct line in my recently purchased property.While on site, I also inquired about an tankless water heater system because I was looking to get it done at some point.The RSC who looked at everything seemed to know what he's was talking about and explained the advantage program to me.He stated that we would be able to do a tankless system to no money out of pocket and that we would pay monthly with the advantage program added on and it would be about $100 monthly for the length of the contract.It has taken 3 attempts to get my dryer duct fully installed.It took 2 attempts to get the tankless installed.When attempting to get the issues rectified, you are met with nothing but excuses and finger pointing.The field techs always seem to have an issue about something that prevents them from doing their job properly or at all and they have everyone and everything to blame, including the other members of their team.When you talk to the RSC, you are told how these techs are making excuses and should have been able to get the job done.Either someone is overestimating the abilities of their technicians, someone is not living up to quality standards, or someone is over promising what can and will be done.Be sure to let them sell you on that advantage program that has 24/7 emeregency service that cannot be fulfilled because they're booked, with emergencies, for the entirety of the night.I guess 24/7 means something different to them.This has been the absolute worst customer experience I have ever been subject to.At no point has service experts been able to complete the agreed upon work in the timeframe promised.I have absolutely no confidence in their ability to perform the work and to support their work upon completion.I can't should be their motto because that appears to be the only consistent message you will get from them.At this point, I can't justify paying them a dime.I have booked quite a large amount of service with them, which you might think would cause them to take the account seriously, but I have had nothing go to plan since the initial consultation.I fully anticipate service experts to reach out to me regarding the many issues I've experienced to discuss how we are going to part ways because this is entirely unacceptable.I do not recommend this company and actively advise anyone considering them to find a different provider.

They did an outstanding job on my HVAC install. Mike Maxwell and his team were efficient and easy to work with. Melinda was wonderful on financing and customer follow-up. I couldn't be happier with the service Weathermaster provided. I strongly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

The communication leading up to and following the service visit was exceptional. An introduction of the service tech is provided prior to their arrival including a photo. Everyone is extremely polite and professional. Simply an excellent company!

Cameron did a great job for us. Here replaced shower fixtures that we could not do. He gave us a quote and then explained each step what he needed to. Will use 1-800 Plumber in the future and request Cameron. After completion, he cleaned everything so you could tell he was here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Aaron S. is very competent and professional. He took care of a problem (noise issue) and installed a UV light, addressing all our questions/concerns clearly while maintaining social distancing.

I cannot share good enough things about PK Plumbing. On time, above and beyond when it comes to communication, and so helpful to work around my schedule. I am an electrical contractor and work in customers’ homes all of the time and I will just say PK plumbing has service that can’t be compared to any other plumbing company I’ve experienced.
My wife told me that we will not be using anybody else from this point on when it comes to plumbing needs or issues.

Mike Connors came out to fix our pressure regulator after we had some issues running our sprinklers. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely use ARC again for plumbing.

He was very professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer any questions. One of the better service reps I have encountered in quite some time

One of your employees drove through my neighborhood going 25 miles an hour over speed limit endangering pedestrians lives in a company vehicle. If your employees give this little concern for the communities they work in, I can only imagine how poor of a job they do serving these communities.
