My house 's water heater leaked water on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. It was pretty bad. I called my friend and he referred me to Terry's company. After I contacted Terry, he sent his staff to my house to help, the gentleman came in less an hour, which is very fast and quick response! Very, very helpful in the situation... I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Update 9/20 - update to 5* as everything has been completed and communication issues solved. I really appreciate PlumbV's approach and attention to my issues. We will use them again in the future.

Update 8/24 - Updating to 3* as I received a call from the business first thing Monday with probably the best handling of an issue I've ever encountered. The representative first apologized, then informed me he had spent the morning researching my issue and I had a right to be upset as my request had been lost. He quickly scheduled someone to come out this week to complete the work. I appreciated PlumbV taking responsibility and acting quickly and professionally to correct.

Original: I've been happy with PlumbV in the past but have since lost confidence with them. Approved an estimate from them at the very beginning of June. It is now halfway through August and I haven't heard a thing. I've called and emailed multiple times and keep getting multiple stories. Someone told me months ago that a permit had been applied for but I don't see any permit information on our local city website. I feel like they owe *ME* money at this point for the amount of time I've had to put into following up with them to try to get this work done. I appreciate there is a lot of work but I don't think that is an excuse to treat (potential) customers poorly.

ETA: while I appreciate the prompt response, I can't help but wonder how many customers that you have with my name with unfulfilled estimates from early June. This is my real first name and last initial. Instead of publicly asking me to do again even more work on your behalf, do the research and reach out to me instead. I look forward to your call on Monday.

Sean Smithbailey saved the day! Our hall toilet would randomly run, and squeal when filling the bowl (what a great thing at 2AM!). After replacing parts over the past year and never really fixing the issue I finally had it and called in the expert. Sean replaced all the parts he could, put it all back together and we've had no issues since. Fast, clean, and done right. Will keep him on my auto dial for future needs.

I had a Backflow service performed on 4-12-23. The technician arrived approx. 25 minutes early which was great. He was professional and very accommodating to insure that my system passed. I will recommend Arbor Plumbing & Backflow moving forward.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
