They are the best! My AC broke during one of the hottest weeks of the year, I was told the part would take 3-5 days to arrive. They were very compassionate in our time of need and were able to locate and install the part the next day! I will never use another company other than Airmakers. They really care about their customers. They went above and beyond. And they know what they are doing.

My experience with Midtown Plumbing was stellar from the initial phone call through their visit to my home. Jason and David called when they were on their way, were courteous and knowledgable, and explained everything they were doing throughout their visit. Midtown is now my GO-TO for everything plumbing related!

I recently had a plumbing problem; no water came out of the faucets and spigots. This was late evening, and fortunately after about an hour, the water came back. I called WeatherMaster (we have the Maintenance plan), and about an hour later, Tom Ouimet returned my call. Tom is the Head Technician at Weather Master. I explained what had happened, and that fortunately the water had come back on, but we still would like to have it looked at to diagnose the problem. Tom said that since we had water at that time, why didn’t he come in the morning, so we agreed to meet at the house at 7 AM.Tom got here at 7 the next morning as scheduled, and I showed him where the well was outside and the water tank was under the house. At this time, the water was still working as it should, so it was an intermittent problem, and I knew would be harder to diagnose. Tom checked the water tank and pressure, and everything he could under the house, and all seemed to be working under the house as it should.That only left the water pump, which was at the bottom of a 150 ft submersible well. The pump had been replaced 21 years ago, and so I knew it was on borrowed time. 21 years ago, the price of the pump and installation was about $2,000. So, I asked Tom to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to install a new pump, expecting it to be a minimum of $3,000 now. Much to my surprise, the estimate was only a couple hundred dollars higher than it was from when it was replaced 21 years ago, and Tom said he would replace a couple of extra accessories in the water system for no charge, which I know would cost a few hundred dollars apiece if we had to replace separately on a service call. When he said that, I told him to go ahead and replace the pump. I was very pleased with the cost estimate.Tom had stopped by my house early that morning, and I knew he had another call to go to after he left my house. As far as scheduling when the actual work would be done, since the pump apparently just started to fail and it was an intermittent problem, I figured that as long as we could get the pump replaced sometime in the next week, we’d be doing okay. But Tom rearranged his schedule and arranged to have a coworker come help him install the pump (we have a wellhouse built over the pump for decoration purposes, which make the pump harder to replace due to space restrictions) that day. So, the two of them replaced the pump that afternoon.I am so appreciate of Weather Master and especially Tom Ouiemet for their quick response, for working us in so quickly on a major job, and especially for a very competitive price. The bill was exactly as he said. I had been worried that when the pump did eventually fail, we’d be without water for a while before it could be repaired, and would be very inconvenient. As it was, the water was only out while the pump was being replaced, which was negligible. The entire problem was resolved in one workday, and at a good price. I am very pleased with Tom and WeatherMaster, and would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

We used Schwartz to have our tankless water heater installed several years ago and recently ran into a huge (insurance claim) leak saturating all of the insulation in the crawl space and creating mold along some beams. Another plumber came to find the polybutylene pipes had melted slightly and created a pinhole that had been leaking for weeks. That plumber had led us to believe that Schwartz had contributed to the problem. They also offered to replace all of the pipes, but in three months. So, essentially they say we “will” have another break, but wait until we can get to you.

The next day, the water heater just stopped working so we called Schwartz. Now, I had been under the house pulling out wet insulation before Carolina Restoration was due to arrive and I was pretty upset. That’s when I met James in the driveway holding the section of pipe the other plumber gave to us for insurance. I blew up on him waving the pipe around and unloaded all of the stress on him. James should have left, but he calmly explained what had really happened and was so gracious to excuse my behavior. He actually ended up giving me a hug...which I really needed.
I’ve been reading reviews by other people and it seems like most people just love the technicians Schwartz hires, but I think James really went above and beyond to help me understand our problem.....and not running away from the crazed lady with a pipe was a bonus. 😳
James went on to spend several hours diagnosing some issues, correcting them, and then even patiently explained it all over again when my husband arrived home. We were so impressed with the quality of service he supplied for the price.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

Rafael Desarden and apprentice Ayden Perez did a thorough, professional electrical job adding circuits, installing ring floodlight cameras, and replacing outside receptacles to proper “in-use” style. Communicated when on their way, as progress was happening and involved us in decisions where options came up.

Had an appointment with Andrew this morning from 9-11am. I received an email this morning with the appointment information and noticed he incorrectly recorded my address. I then called to let him know the correct address and left a message. Never received a call back so I called at 11:30(30 minutes after the set time of 9-11). He answered and said he couldn't find my address. Told him I called and left a message and he didn't say anything. I then asked why he didn't call me and he said he did. Which is not true, I received no call. I then asked if he left a message and his response was that I should just call someone and that he wasn't interested in this conversation anymore. He took my address down incorrectly, tried to find my home, didn't call me or leave a message to say he was having trouble finding the place. Then when asked about why he didn't call, he gets hissy and tells me to to call someone else. During this conversation I wasn't rude or unkind in anyway. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and hope others will have a better experience. I've never had an experience with such unprofessionalism and will NEVER recommend this man child.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.

I plan on only using them going forward when I need a plumber.

Boykin Plumbing are a very professional and knowledgeable plumbing company. They are very customer service oriented and arrived when they said they would. Very thorough in explaining proposed work. Showed us several pictures to aid our understanding.

Bell Cow offered a competitive price to replace our water heater. What made it perfect for us was the time frame they were able to get this unit installed. Where others were 1 or more weeks out, Bell Cow had our unit installed within 2 days. Excellent service..I would definitely recomend this company.
