Technician did flushing of sediment in hot water tank. He was very professional, explained the tank operation and maintenance in detail and so it was easy to understand. He was very thorough. We would work with the technician again in the future.

Technician arrived promptly, did his work efficiently, left no footprints or other unwanted trace of having been here. He clearly knows his business, and was helpful and clear in explaining issues to me. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Schwartz Plumbing is a reputable company and does excellent work. They replaced my water line between the house and meter and also did the plumbing for my kitchen remodel. But when I called them out to provide an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, they charged me $70 after the estimate was provided, to be applied to my bill if I decided to have them do the work. I had a couple other companies also provide estimates at no charge, so I especially didn't appreciate them slipping in this fee after the fact.

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

Scotty arrived on time for a routine HVAC Summer maintenance and while performing his duties he discovered a Freon leak in one of the evaporator coils. The part was a special order, it was around noon on Friday, Scotty made a temporary repair so unit would continue to cool over the weekend. Later on Friday I received a call from Blantons that part would be in for a Monday install. Scotty arrived early on Monday morning and finished all repairs prior to noon time. My overall experience with Scotty was nothing short of exceptional, Scotty is a true professional who obviously cares about his work and always takes time to describe issues in detail. Dalton and Charlie were very professional and did a great job de-scaling our old cast iron drains.

This was the second time that Jason was out to help with my gas grill. This last time was to take out my old one and replace with a new one. He and Steven arrived on time and did a fantastic job! I could not be happier with their work and plan to use this company for all plumbing services in the future. Highly recommend.

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.

Keith Boykin and his brother came out right away when we had a leak that was flooding our basement, fixed that rapidly and effectively, then filed an estimate with us regarding another problem we were having, which turned out to be the 40-gallon well pressure holding tank. They fixed that in a timely manner and came in under estimate. They also explained what they were doing in a way this non-professional could understand, both on the job site and in a follow-up call I made to them the day after the job. Couldn't ask for better plumbers. After several misadventures with other plumbers, KW Boykin is who we'll call from now on.

By the time they left, I had a good understanding of everything needed. Turns out the assessment of a blockage in my pipes was correct. It was my neighbors tree roots. And even though my Insurance had their own vendors, I really tried to get Arbor Plumbing the business. I highly recommend them!

Called Eric after a house inspection to sell my house. Eric was very punctual and gave in depth details of what all had to be done and how he would do it. Knocked out task after task very quickly and efficiently. Best thing is you work with Eric, the owner. There is no bull with trying to deal with some front office that never returns calls.
