Absolutely thrilled. Had a broken pipe on 12/23 after 7:00 pm and 18 degrees. Called BF at 8:15 and a technician (Chris) was at my home by 9:30pm and emergency problem fixed. Amazing service.

Swift and great service! Was referred by a co-worker and called bright and early at 6:15 and was amazed to get someone on the phone. The tech Brad was amazing and not only fixed my leak but explained everything. I’m a new homeowner and was stressed the whole day about my leak. Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

I called Schwartz Plumbing after noticing water on the floor in bedroom, bathroom & laundry room as needed to know where the leak was coming from and get it fixed. James and Justin both came out and I showed them the 3 rooms, the extensive water damage in laundry room where the water heater is and after they said they called their boss, told me they couldn't help me. They never once attempted to look at the water heater on try to find the root cause of the leak. But they made sure I paid the $95.45 service fee. For what, since they didn't do anything (I guess they get paid for walking through the door). I found an amazing repair guy who is fixing my problem (water heater) and believe me, I would never recommend Schwartz Plumbing to anyone. They should refund my $95.45 because they didn't even try to find the problem.

Wayne tech #3112 has come out to our property several times over the years. Always friendly and professional. He gives great advice on how to prevent issues in the future. I definitely recommend him if you need a good plumber. We have 140 rooms to take care of

I am providing this rating as the result of my initial call. Their service generally are highly rated. However, I contacted the company to bid a job to replumb the entire house with Five full baths, two full kitchens, two laundry rooms and 8 exterior faucets. They insisted on needing to charge a $49 fee to come provide a bid on a project and I find this unacceptable. If you are getting the chance to bid a $15,000+ job, you should not be charging a fee. I could understand if this was a repair job or something small, but it is not. I have taken 7 bids and not one other company tried to charge me a fee to bid the job.

Reese did excellent service on both our boiler and A/C this week. He was very thorough and found issues that needed to be addressed on both, that our previous service company had missed...he spent extra time with me, showing me how to properly drain the boiler, and understanding why it needed to be done in order to best maintain the unit. I would highly recommend Reese if you ever need service on your boiler or A/C unit..he is very knowledgable and professional! Bolton and Reese is who we will be using from now on! Many thanks!

Affordable and professional company. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday morning and they were the only one that answered the phone. They did a great job on clearing my toilet stoppage and the price was affordable considering it was Sunday. Thank you again

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

The technician called before coming out and did a great job diagnosing the problem. It turned out to be a simple fix that was taken care of very quickly. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
