Best Bathroom Plumbing Repair in Raleigh NC
RTP plumbing solved our issues very quickly and was very transparent with the whole process. They were respectful and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They were very knowledgeable on the issues I was having, even in older homes. Highly recommend

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.
They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.
The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.
For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.
Find someone different!!!! You'll Thank Me!

We called to have our garbage disposal replaced. Jayk's set up an appointment to do it and showed up right on time. Abel drove to Lowe's to purchase the exact disposal we wanted and installed it for us. He had to reroute and install some new piping to prevent some of the problems we'd exdperienced with our old unit due to poor pipe routing design, not to mention we went from a 1/3 HP unit to a full 1 HP unit. The whole thing came out perfect and works like a charm. Abel was a true professional and did a great job.
This is the second time we've used Jayk's. They installed a new water heater for us a year ago. They do a great job at a reasonable price. If we have any other plumbing issues we will call on them.

Joseph takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He does great work. My wife and I are very thankful that we found Joseph.

David was on time, friendly, and solved the problem. Can't ask for much more than that 🙂

Daniel Brothers Inc. was a pleasure to work with. I called for a free inspection of my roof after the recent hailstorm. Bryce showed up and did a thorough assessment of our roof and explained in detail how the insurance process would go. He dealt with insurance and got our roof replaced and it looks great. Best of all we were able to have our roof that would have costed us over 10k to replace for only 1K insurance deductible. I referred them to neighbors also and they have had the same positive experience. Highly recommended this local, family-owned business!

We have a leak in a bathroom sink which Eugene D via Daniel “repaired” 8 months ago. Brand new parts were purchased and they installed.
The entire assembly came apart this week and water was leaking worse than before. Eugene’s response was to share that we were way past their labor warranty and offered an even higher price to come out and fix again showing no concern for what seems to be poor workmanship the first time.
I was persuaded by all the great comments here to use this outfit. Would you expect a sink with new parts installed to work longer than 8 months? I do!
Edit as of 8/17: we received another response by Eugene D, blaming the situation on the new parts. While trying to defend his work he admitted that they knew the product we had bought from Lowe’s was not good and wouldn’t last, but since we didn’t ask, they installed it anyway. This of course gives them the chance to charge us again for the same project. In my experience, this is not someone who will partner with you when/if anything goes wrong.
Fair warning: it seems most of the glowing feedback on here is immediately after the project and not months later…

I had Schwartz reroute a leaking main water line and repipe my entire house due to polybutylene pipes. They got me on the books quickly and finished the work in 2 days, for a better price than competitors. They were more than happy to make a couple extra trips back to address some of the issues that came up from such a big job. I'm very happy with their service and I'll be contacting them for any plumbing work I need done.

These guys continuously fail to provide the good service throughout the 9 months we've been their clients. So far they installed a new unit for us, did a couple of service calls and 2 maintenance visits. We never ever want to see them again. The sale was easy. But every single interaction with them after that was extremely disappointing. Sales guy tells you one thing, the office doesn't know about it, you try to reach your sales guy to clarify, but he's always out of reach. This morning was the last time we did business with them. My husband scheduled a free maintenance visit that was a part of a sales package for our new unit. They gladly booked it for him, but insisted on charging for it after the visit was complete. At this point neither the service person or the call center person had any knowledge of this being a free visit. They don't have business ethics whatsoever and don't follow through with their commitments. Please learn from our mistakes and go elsewhere. Our experience was so awful that I don't have any reasonable explanation of their sky high google rating. Don't be fooled by it.UPDATE: the fastest way to get ahold of the appropriate people at Air Experts is to post a review on Google. Our sales person called my husband in less than an hour after the above message was posted. They refunded the cost of the supposedly free maintenance visit and offered another free one for inconvenience, which we won't be taking advantage of. Summary: in our experience, you're likely to have issues with these guys, but they'll quickly resolve it if you make it public. The mystery of their awesome Google rating is solved - they seem to rely on it heavily in their sales process, thus, carefully monitor it and resolve/remove negative reviews. Not a bad practice at all. I just wish they did the job better, so that there was no need to resolve such cases.

David supported me in Home Depot to help select the right material for a project I was working on. He even gave me his number and told me to call if I had questions. Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. I highly recommend working with David and will be calling him in the future when needed. You’re in good hands here.
