Wes installed a new kitchen faucet for me. Very reasonably priced, he arrived on time and he likes dogs. Plus my dogs liked him. Wes let me text him many questions in the week prior which you don’t always find with a contractor on this kind of small job. He completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, it was well done, affordable, and he was super conscientious about securing the front door any time he went out (per my request to prevent my one dog from bolting). Definitely will rehire.

I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Dustin was able to replace both items very quickly (same day) and for a great price. Dustin does really good work, he is someone I can trust, he has a great attitude, and his prices are very fair and reasonable. Thanks Dustin!

I have used Midtown Plumbing for my catering company and my home. The service was timely, impeccable, and very reasonably priced. Midtown plumbing responded to an emergency after hours call that prevented me from having to close my catering company during business hours, which is very valuable in my profession that operates on an unpredictable schedule. I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing and all of it's gracious staff.

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

We have a leak in a bathroom sink which Eugene D via Daniel “repaired” 8 months ago. Brand new parts were purchased and they installed.

The entire assembly came apart this week and water was leaking worse than before. Eugene’s response was to share that we were way past their labor warranty and offered an even higher price to come out and fix again showing no concern for what seems to be poor workmanship the first time.

I was persuaded by all the great comments here to use this outfit. Would you expect a sink with new parts installed to work longer than 8 months? I do!

Edit as of 8/17: we received another response by Eugene D, blaming the situation on the new parts. While trying to defend his work he admitted that they knew the product we had bought from Lowe’s was not good and wouldn’t last, but since we didn’t ask, they installed it anyway. This of course gives them the chance to charge us again for the same project. In my experience, this is not someone who will partner with you when/if anything goes wrong.

Fair warning: it seems most of the glowing feedback on here is immediately after the project and not months later…

I called Swartz Plumbing at 8am, at 9am Joe came to do three plumbing jobs for us: replacing a toilet, putting new innards in a 2nd toilet, and cleaning the drain and replumbing under the kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job - and was here the whole day! 5 stars! Thanks Joe!!!

Jason was very good at explaining different options and the service was really great.

My upstairs shower was leaking directly below to our living room ceiling. I re-grouted the shower, hoping that would fix the problem. It did not. So I later called Cecil Davis Plumbing and told them that it seemed like I needed a replacement for my shower pan.

Two plumbers came. The head plumber was very friendly and chatty to me, and he seemed to be teaching the Jr. plumber because I heard him tell the Jr. plumber not to turn on the sink faucets or they wouldn't be able to tell if the leak was from the sink faucets or the shower. Anyway, the plumbers turned on the shower and also the bathtub full blast, creating a huge new leak in my ceiling.

It's definitively your shower pan, the plumber said. Call a contractor. Then he gave me the bill.
I was shocked they couldn't do it. Their website said they could.

It would have been nice had they told me we only diagnose when I had made the call.

I got another plumber.

Outstanding service and honest pricing. I had two other plumbing companies quote me 1700 to 2300 to repair a leaking shower faucet. They all said they couldn’t replace the cartridge, etc.
well David showed up and he replace the cartridge and fixed the issue for under two hundred. He was responsive and he knows what he’s doing. An honest plumber and honest business. No gouging like other plumbing companies.

We are delighted with Poole’s Plumbing! I know for a fact, that I flushed too many wipes down our commode. Poole’s found and cleared our immediate problem, but in the meantime, they discovered our sewer pipe had detached and separated from the main. They proposed a repair, and the price was fair enough, but beyond our budget at this time. But not to worry! The Poole’s professionals gave us lots of hints and ideas to keep our sewer flowing until the repair is in budget!
