Best Bathroom in Raleigh NC

My shower has been messed up since we moved in our house. Wes came out and assessed it and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! I will definitely be calling RTP plumbing for any future needs!

I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. He gets the job done correctly, does not cut any corners, leaves the area clean, and is very fair with pricing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

I have had multiple plumbers out for 2 issues a running toilet a big name company changed me 300 to fix that was not fixed and would have charged another 100 to come back to fix, and a shower that was “leaking behind the wall and would require a 10k remodel and new shower. He fixed both for less then each of them and didn’t get mad when I forgot to pay him on time! As a property owner he is exactly the kind of plumber I am trusting my investments too while I am out of town!

Called on a Saturday night at 10pm and there was a technician at my door within an hour. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Raleigh!

These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

We used Midtown Plumbing to help us install a new faucet in our bathroom and a new kitchen sink and faucet. Thanks to Midtown, the installs went off without a hitch and look beautiful! Had a bit of challenging issue with broken flow regulator in the shower. They came quickly, were courteous and very creative in solving the problem which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. Would like to particularly commend Eddie, the technician who came out.

Called on a Friday morning about a water leak and Waite plumbing was able to get someone available that afternoon 3-5pm. I had already pulled out the saturated insulation and drywall to locate the leak (why would you pay a highly skilled plumber to do demo work? I think that's where some folks misunderstand the costs involved and leads to negative reviews). I'd requested the piping in the wall (the dreaded PB) be replaced down into the crawlspace so that I wouldn't have to open that wall again. He was done so fast that my wife was incredulous. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. These folks will certainly be on my list for getting bids for repiping my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again.

Poole's is fantastic!

Poole's replaced our 20 year old tank water heater with a Rinnai tankless. Poole's made the entire process extremely easy, from estimation through execution through inspection. Their price was fair & competitive (better than PSNC) and every single person we worked with was professional and highly competent.
