Great plumber!

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Eugene and crew had a competitive bid and did a great job! They installed a tankless water heater - and it works perfectly. Mike and the rest of the Waite team are fantastic to work with. We had to get PB removed in our home after having a pretty bad water leak (along with several small ones in our crawlspace over the years), which was the final straw with that problematic piping in our home.

Mike and team came and put in new PEX piping and gave us options that made sense for us. They also worked on recommendations for a water heater in the future (by our request, they were not pushy at all or trying to get add ons) and offered to repair the drywall they'd have to remove to repipe and redo the shower valves (it was a very reasonable cost vs what we later had quoted from other vendors, but we declined and will do that ourselves).

Thermostat, hence the heat, stopped working. Repairman arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, checked out the system. Good job. He also checked out the system and discovered it needed another part, which he ordered. Kudos for the repairman, not so thrilled about the company. This is a 6.month old system.

We have done business with Cecil Davis Plumbing for more than 15 years and have always been very happy with their level of service and value. Our house is at the age where we're changing out hot water heaters, updating plumbing fixtures, etc and every time we have needed them their technician has been prompt, professional, and got the job done at a very fair price. I once 'strayed' and tried a friend-of-a-friend's plumbing company....was quoted $900+ for the handful of items that needed doing....sent them packing, called Cecil Davis Plumbing and they came out and did the same work for about half the price. Avoid the guys who advertise all the time - you're the one paying for it! Cecil Davis Plumbing is the right pick!
