Excellent company, couldn’t be more pleased. They were responsive and the plumber fixed our leak quickly and was friendly and respectful and explained everything to us. Highly recommend!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

Caesar was outstanding n arrived ahead of schedule he was polite n courteous n respected our home he also practiced COVID protocol n only removed mask after I informed him I had my vaccinations it was fine w me for the job he had to do. Signed up for the Maintenance Service Agreement after purchase of new condo with new unit. Technician was late but seemed to do a through job once her got here. Weather Master installed the system. So far have been pleased with the until (with one exception) and the service contract - no real trouble yet to test the terms of the contract or warranty. Heating unit drain pipe did have a risk of freezing in the very cold winter temperatures - work around was to place heat lamp on the drain pipe on very cold nights. I asked if there was an official repair for the problem and told there was not - I assume unit was installed based on the assumption the region would not get so cold in the winter. It means the unit is not exactly trouble free year round. Otherwise I would say so far so good.

Worked with Daniel Construction several times now. There great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about the field and also provided me with eduction about the process. Informed me that the work being done should be explored with the possibility of submitting an insurance claim. I did, and they essentially saved me thousands of out of pocket expenses. Highly recommend!

WP's team was great. Affordable, professional, and ready to take on what ended up becoming a complex and messy situation. When things got complicated WP called in their other teams to make sure everything was well taken care of in a timely fashion.

Quick arrival (could have been luck of their schedule), good service and repair job on a leaking pipe, fine personalities of the two workers that showed up, they brought a vacuum to clean up the mess of the job, seemed like a fair cost for the job at hand.

I had a call out to three different plumbers all top rated on yelp and google over a plumbing issue I was having. The issue in question was black tar/mascara like rubber coming out of my hot water faucets. When I googled the problem a whole laundry list of issues came up for possibilities. Two plumbers I called wanted a $99 diagnostic fee per hour and then the cost to fix whatever they recommended. KW Boykin didn’t charge this fee and they were available the next day. From the moment they arrived they were courteous and professional. The issue was discovered to immediately be my expansion tank. They said the bladder inside of it had exploded. But more than just telling me what was wrong and charging me, they took the tank off and showed me the problem. The plumber tapped the tank on the ground outside and the tar like substance was flaking out all over. I was happy that what seemed like a complex issue was resolved so quickly and affordably. I also asked them to flush my hot water heater for me since the price was so good on the other service and they didn’t charge me at all to do the flush and fill. Between time and money saved and the professionalism this is hands down the company I will use from now on in the Garner area. They even sent me information on the remaining warranty for my full size water heater tank. Thank you Kieth and KW plumbing!

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!
