What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

Martin was professional and kind. I like that Martin explained the process of what he was doing. He did not mine me watching over him and learning in the process. Martin saw that I had some wires in my attic that was incorrectly installed. He was able to fix it right away. I will try to asks for Martin to come next time.Anna also came to tell me about advantage program. She was professional and kind.

Our new technician was very through and was able to give answers to all the questions my wife and I had. He provided me pictures with areas he had concerns with in our house that was just built a few months prior, so I could raise concerns with the builder. He said they were able to fix anything the builder would be unable or unwilling to fix. We are seeing what our builder can do now and we hope to have Solomon back to add some additional items our house was not equipped with.

My family recently purchased a new hvac system from Cape Fear. We were extremely happy with the customer service, the price, and the quick responses to our inquiries. We will highly recommend this company to everyone! We especially appreciated the nice young men who installed the unit. They were courteous, clean and arrived on time!!!

Had a unit installed by them last year. We way over paid and when we went to sell the house a bunch of their work showed up on the buyers inspection (not in a good way). They also promised new smart thermostats and we never received.

He also checked our kitchen sink faucet install and the finicky handle in the master bath - we appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtfulness when it comes to repairs. Great job!

We replaced our two heating/cooling systems last year and got an annual contract as well. Price was good and the installation went very well. This year, our technician was Shawn R. and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with our annual HVAC cleaning. I highly recommend him and Raleigh Heating and Air.

I called because my disposal was leaking--they showed within the time window provided, assessed the situation, and decided to put in a new disposal. They were quick, courteous, and professional. They took all trash, left the warranty with me, and were respectful of my home. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing needs!
