I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). This has given me the opportunity to see his work on many projects, which is very consistent in quality. Very responsive, Joe scheduled an appointment quickly after the request for service. He arrived on time and promptly made the repair. He stands behind his work, highly concerned about doing and making things right!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

My rental property had a clogged drain last year. While other companies quoted me thousands of dollars and 2 weeks to clear the clog, TCR was able to do the job the same day for a reasonable price . Weather Master has always been highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous when coming to our house. Daniel came out for a check on our downstairs system (as part of a maintenance contract), but volunteered to check on our upstairs system as well (which is not part of the contract since it's a very old system) and found some things that definitely needed attention (as I said, it's old... he even arranged for one of their guys to come in and give us a quote because we know it's lasted way past the average lifespan but will need replaced soon). He wasn't just drumming up business... he was genuinely concerned about a very old system (one they put in over 18 years ago).

Daniel Brothers were great to work with. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. The work they did on the screened in porch was wonderful! They completed the work with much care and attention to detail. I will definitely use them again for future household projects. I highly recommend this company!

I wanted a new water heater to replace my aging one. It was going to be a challenge since it is nestled in a very tight space and there is no place else to put it. I used Yahoo's request a quote feature and contacted five plumbers. Three never contacted me back. One gave me a quote on a larger unit that probably wasn't going to fit so, we might have to build out a bit. But Eugene at The Art of Plumbing got back to me the very next morning. He asked me for some measurements and posed a few questions, and then came back with a quote that was half of what I was anticipating having to pay.

I was skeptical since it seemed too good to be true. A low price, and he was able to get a replacement for my rather oddly-sized and oddly-configured water heater? But he did. He found the exact same model, brand new and not refurbished. As soon as I was ready for the installation he was too. He and his associate put down heavy tarps to protect the floor as the new heater was wheeled in, installed it in a matter of a few hours, cleaned up all of the mess, stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly, and then charged me exactly what he had quoted. They were even proud enough of their work to sign it.

The new heater works perfectly -- even better than the old one, in fact, since the setting is lower but the water is still just as hot. Hopefully I will not need any plumbing work in the future, but if I do, I know who I'm calling.

I had to get a new AC system and the three gentlemen that came out - Joe, Kenny and Austin were very professional and did great work within reasonable time. I can't thank them enough for all their help! I highly recommend using Cape Fear and I will defiantly be using them in the future.

I’m editing my star rating and review:Although Fabian was knowledgeable and professional he said he was going to get someone out to us Monday after 4pm to check the water damage for organic growth and apparently never did follow through and schedule that follow up and when we called, the company had no record of us needing that work done so now we have missed work, have to miss work again to get it taken care of and make sure we don’t have mold growing. He said it needed to be done asap and now they can’t help us til mid week unless we call out of work. I was super happy with them until this moment.Fabian was knowledgeable and professional! Made me feel comfortable with what was going on.

Corey was very friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. He offered repair options and was very thorough. Very quick response time and same day service and repair!

This was our first experience with Blanton's. Andrew was knowledgable, professional and through. Each step of the way he ensured the safety and proper operation of our unit. Yes, company policy is to provide you every possible option and any available upgrades but Andrew was in no way pushy or disrespectful. Sometimes getting it done right the first time costs more but in the end the health and safety of your family is worth it.
